Fault Finding Ariens

Why the hell do you Ariens have to nit-pick and find little faults in everything that others who work with you do?? You guys tend to be sooooo friggin' quick to find little mishaps that aren't even worth mentioning!! Don't you realize your anal-minded tendencies are f*** annoying as hell— I sound like this this because I work with one and have a close friend who is one and EVERYDAY, it's "Oh you didn't get this one right" OR "You didn't do it correctly" etc, etc...It's all aggravating you know....

And P.S.
Please don't give some lame-ass excuse that you prefer things done accurately and the right way or "we're perfectionist" bullcrap... Every one has thier own way of taking on tasks.

and I suppose you are perfect--whoever you are?.....perhaps your sign is to complain alot-huh? It's not fair to talk in general about "any" sign!! I feel sorry for you...and yes--I am an aries...!!!

I'm an Aries woman and I'm not like that at all. That would drive me crazy as well; I have a strong personality and am anal at times concerning my personal life; I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my own work, but really dislike when people nit pick.

I actually had that problem with a former boss -- but she was a Taurus woman. I absolutely love Taurus people -- just mentioning her sign.

Anyhow, she nit picked about every little thing; If some days I appeared tired or having a bad day in general, she would question my overall ability to do my job; It was ridiculous.

We cannot be completely focused everyday in a job because we are not robots. Needless to say, I'm no longer there and am now working in a more civilized environment.

But you see I found out she was so unhappy in her own life -- and having trouble with her own job; she was also jealous of other people who were happy.

That may explain the actions of this certain Aries. Perhaps it doesn't have anything to do with signs. When people are unhappy in their own lives -- and see that your happy -- they want to make you feel miserable.

Don't let it get you down because it will only ruin your spirit.

Forgot one important thing; when you stated that "everyone has their own way of taking on tasks". I totally agree; that was the main problem with this woman. I could not take the initiative and do my own job and/ or do anything differently. Whatever I did was not correct or good enough. Now wouldn't you say people like this have major problems with themselves?

Yes, I would. Our actions towards others usually come from within. If we feel good about ourselves, we have no reason to lash out at others. I agree with post 205...let it go, don't let it ruin YOUR spirit...have compassion, they may be going through something in their life.

Thank you for your input. Although the person that I work with seems to be content, I think it just comes natural for her to nitpick. If it keeps going on, I'l have to have a talk with her.

You know what the trick is to people who are nitpicky (not pointing directly to aries)? Make it a conscious effort to always remain one step ahead of them. If you happen to slip up and they point out your "mistake", be the civil one and say 'thank you'. Sounds to me like this person is a child. Many times you'll need to stand up to them if they go too far.
