Ok, what happens if you're an Aries and...

you've got a shit load of Pisces in you? I've got Moon in Aquarius, Mars in Pisces, Venus in Pisces, and my Ascendent in Pisces. What does that mean for me? Does this make me a bit more gentle and demure than most Aries women? Is my mixture a huge contradiction?

ive got pisces merc and cancer mars, and ye made quite a difference, im actually pretty shy and quiet irl, tones down my aries nature i guess so its all gd ^_^

Yeah, people who don't know me think I am very shy and withdrawn. People who know me well know that I am a bit more complex than that...for example, I pretty much change moods and the way I look and act almost from day to day...hrm...I'd like more input! I am just a curious person...and like different people's opinions. Thanks for yours! It makes sense that we would probably be a bit more withdrawn in real life because of our waters signs...I've got even more than you, so this makes me wonder even more...

I'm a Pisces with a Taurus moon, and Aquarius in Mercury, Venus, and my Ascendent, and so very strong Leo in Mars. In fact, my only strong water in my chart is my Pisces sun, so though I'm very shy when first meeting people, once I warm up to them, I'm very social. It's hard getting me to shut up at that point lol. So, your strong water influences definitely tone down your Aries sun. Which is a good thing imo.

And can you believe in high school I was voted girls best dress, the girls class clown, and another vote of the most stuck up girl! How can I be a class clown and then be stuck up..lol Well I figured it out many years later; I have two personalities. The Aries and my Gemini Rising are outgoing to friends and family, but the Venus in Pisces is quiet to strangers/people I am not acquainted with and those that I do not like. Crazy right!..lol Stuck up has always been mistaken to me being quiet to people not in my circle. I had to work on this throughout my adult life because I had issues in the workplace. For those that I did not know or liked I had to pretend to be very friendly this helped me to get ahead..lol

Interesting that we have similar placements! Its funny that you said that...that you want a stable relationship but then you need your freedom...I am like that myself but I think your Gemini in your ascendent amplifies that for you. I've had a bad history of relationships as well. I've always gotten stir crazy in relationships and bored to boot...as in I've broken a lot of guy's hearts and had my karma for it in falling into a relationship with an abusive Cancer man. Anyhow, I think I've found the right fit in my guy now who has his Sun in Gemini, Moon in Gemini, Venus in Aries, and Mars in Leo. He does not bore me at all and we both seem to understand each others innate need for freedom as well as a relationship and love.

The Pisces/Capricorn elements in my chart seriously tone me down and ground me. It seems from your description of your chart that you're lacking Earth in your core elements- that must be really tough for you! From your descriptions of your placements, you must be a true dreamer- and it must be very difficult for you to be tied down.

Ahaha!! It is very tough for me. Especially when it come to things like real life. Which--is horrible. I don't really have the temperament to work just any job...which is why I am probably going to art school and then interning or something because I have to do something I love and be around something I like or else I will go absolutely nuts. I am generally always up in the clouds which is why I always need rock like partners I guess...I do that Pisces thing and regulate all of the "real life" shit to my partner. Which makes everyone perceive me as being lazy,etc...etc...which is very difficult for me and puts me in difficult situations. I am a pretty dreamy person...and yes! Ahaha! I don't like being tied down and have trouble with staying in relationships without getting bored,etc...

Ha! My boyfriend with a ton of Pisces placements does this to me. You need a guy with some Cap placements!

Really?! Ahaha! Oh dear...well, I think my Gemini boyfriend may have an ascendent Capricorn but we're not sure yet, because we don't know his exact birth time. I know he does have a lot of Leo placements and they're the type of spoil their partners and be really hard working, so yeah. =P

hmmm..lol never really knew why I love being near water. I love going to the beach, being by a lake, and going to the pool. I sit near water and just feel so peaceful. There was this little pond near my old job that I would go alone at lunch time and watch the beautiful swans swim... absolutely loved it. So now I know its the little Pisces in me, also I love to watch candles, fire place, and I love fireworks!

I don't have as much Pisces in my chart as you do, lotuslily, but I absolutely adore the water. Whenever I'm in a mood or need to think, I drive over the beach. My boyfriend and I have agreed that we'll never move away from the coast- we will always have to live around water.

Hmm, wow. Thanks for sharing.. with Neptune in the 11th house, your spirituality, gentleness, and compassion comes through social groups and friends. At the same time, you can be unfocused and dreamy in your social groups. And can be disillusioned or deceived in social groups. You are attracted to all sorts of friends from all walks of life... especially the unreliable types, the misfits, the rebels, etc. 🙂

Oh my goodness! This is sooo true. I dunno how many times I've been disillusioned or deceived by my "friends". I have always,always had trouble with them because a lot of the time that has happened to me with them which is why I hardly have any friends. Also, spirituality...yes! I am very spiritual and I try to be as gentle and compassionate as possible. Also veerryyy true on being attracted to people from all walks of life...especially the kinds of people you named. I do a lot of the rescue, thing...thats for sure. I think that maybe because of the overwhelming Pisces in my chart. Thanks for the articles and everything! I can relate with the drawing up boundaries bits as well...I think this is why I've become ever more protective of myself and my feelings because I know how giving I can be once you've gotten in my good graces. Its hard. I am always very cautious now,etc...and this is probably one of the reasons why I have such bad trust issues and abandonment issues when it comes to friends and even partners. =/

Oh god...yes. Especially with the male ones. I am always really attracted to them but have never actually dated one but I've always been "involved" if you know what I mean. But, I feel that with the males the most. Especially because I tend to have more male friends than females...and yeah. It always feels that way. I can tell them whatever, trust them, and act myself around them. I always feel really trusting around Aries males.

I live by a huge lake with an awesome view from my place, and I just sit and look at the water and all the palm trees. A few hours of that and I'm ready to tackle the world. I love it. 🙂 OMG, when I go to the beach I go crazy. I love the smell, breeze in the air, and watching the people around. I like to sit out with my beach chair and umbrella and dive in the water every few hours or just walk along the coast. It's a blast. I live in Florida so we have a lot of water parks??_.Love those too. I get all excited just thinking about it.

Everything about water is just so healing for me. The sound -- whether it's rain or a stream, or the ocean... the sight is a bit hypnotizing... especially if it's glassy and flat... the smell: if it's fresh rain, the salty ocean or waterfall mist. the smooth, silky feel of it against my skin as it flows over me... Sun setting over a body of water with a pink/orange/gold glow is pure magic for me! I'm definitely at home in water!

Whenever I've gone for hypnosis or been asked where I go in my mind as my 'happy' place, it's always me laying in a wooden boat drifting on a calm glassy lake on a sunny day or sitting on the beach listening to the waves rolling in! Water is such good therapy for me!

Yes up until I was like 20 I used to take the longest baths in history my family hated me for lol not real but it annoyed them

Well, I'm an Aries with Moon in Pisces, Venus in Pisces and Mars in Pisces..
I don't really think I'm a "blunt" person. I don't think I am "uncomplicated" and I KNOW that I don't need to be active all the time lol. When I was younger I was always so quiet and always in the background. I'm not like that now, it's like my Aries started growing inside me and made me more comfortable with myself. 🙂

With that much Pisces in me, I think way to much. I think about everything. I could start imagine things in my head, from the smallest things in my life to the whole world and universe, it could make me so sad - it would even make me cry.

I tend to act "cool" around people, like I have this easy-going and relaxed attitude. I would never show myself vulnerable, because it makes me feel weak and naked. Also I tend to get hurt alot in my relationships, because I give more than I get back. And I never learn by my mistakes lol. It's like I am drawn to destructive relationships. Sometimes I think that it's all about the "thrill". It's like, if a guy isn't bad for me or doesn't seem "complicated" enough, it's just not interesting to me. But I am improving and I am really trying to give the "nice guys" a chance too! 😄 I think it would do me good.

Even though the Aries-Pisces clash makes my mood really weird, I still think it's awesome. Just think about it.
Aries makes me love life! I always try to stay positive. I try to live in the present. I always come up with fun ideas whenever someone feels down and need to feel happy again. I am stubborn and whenever I want something, I will do everything to get it. I am proud. And I need to feel I did my best in every situation.
Pisces gives me an endingless depth. I understand people and their feelings, without them having to explain themselves. I love the "artistic" side of Pisces. And I will ALWAYS fight for the "underdogs" in our society, the forgotten ones, who no one really cares about.

And by the way, I think people with Aries and Pisces in their chart makes great actress! 😄

I think Aries Sun/Picses Moon have alot of trouble in love, Aries and generous with everything and Pisces can be the same way put that together and you have me. But I am trying to be diff, its not easy.

It's not rare to meet an Aries with wee bit extra Pisces in them, he signs being neighbours. The only bit of Aries (and fire, I might add)in me is my Sun, and I'm a cusp of pisces-aries...so not much of Aries in here. My mercury and venus are in Pisces. There has always been an intense desire to be number 1, in any of my endeavours, but I've never had that "brash and get-outta-my-way" attitude that Aries possess. I've always maintained a quiet demeanour, to the point of me sneaking into my own apartment, just to avoid talking to my roommates(when I'm not in the mood for conversations). My mood swings like a non-stop pendulum. Funny that? 😛

I value sincerity in words and I love like a true fish. Nothing, absolutely nothing, can make me change my feelings and emotions for someone I love. And I've been with only Scorpios around me (barring my family..they were already decided for me when I got here 😛). I have Scorpio besties from the age of 2...and keep on collecting them like my most priceless trophies. I attract Scorpios and seem to gravitate towards them like nobody's business. They command my respect like no one else. And giving respect or rather realising that someones's better than you, is really not an Aries' strength. I've (co-incidentaly) dated Scorpios in the past( somehow I'm more at peace with the water element than fire). And currently engaged to one amazing Scorpio man with 4 planets in Scorpio.

I'm on edge with other Aries and Leos. I can imagine how that fire would burn, but since I can gauge their inner emotions very well (my fire sun and sagi rising), it's also easier dealing with them..their temper tantrums. I throw 'em too (when I'm in my "those kinda" moods!) 😛😄

I think we have alot of trouble in love too. I am generous too, especially in love because I would do anything for the ones I love (it's all or nothing for me in love and that's why I give all of my love when I love someone). I think it could be easy for guys to take advantage of us, because they see our quality of endless giving as a weakness. But if a guy won't see that quality as something beautiful, he's sure not worth us, right? 🙂

This part is all me. I do have an intense desire to be number one, but I would never have that attitude they write about Aries ("brash and get-outta-my-way" attitude).
Sometimes I just feel like I don't want to talk to anyone and I would sneak into my apartment too, because I have those days I just want to avoid the entire world and not in the mood for conversations.

I have a really hard time trusting people and would never show my "true colors" to someone, if I wasn't absolutely sure they were trustworthy. My closest friends have alot of Cancer in their charts or earth-planets. Never really been close to anyone with alot of "fire". And I've never really meet anyone with alot of Scorpio either. I love (most) Pisces people. 🙂

YOu are right!

Aww! Wateraries, yay! We sound super alike! I now have an astrological twin! Our experiences, personality, etc...are a like a lot. =) Even one of my best friends thinks so!

I am very withdrawn with people I dont know and don't care to know, otherwise I am friendly ad chatty. But even with people I know i get withdrawn with them too and they think that something is wrong with me or they did something wrong. I like to be quiet tho, I don't like to talk talk just to talk , I loathe small talk.

My Pisces moon makes me care about everything but I think I do have the ability to detach at times when I am feeling way to much and that makes people think I don't care. I do care , too much.
The pieces merc makes me shy and quiet at times.
And I have my Jupiter in Pisces not sure what that does.

But people swear that Aries are selfish and this and that i I think being and Aries with Pisces placement is double dose of caring . Aries do care and if you get the chance to get close to one you will see how unselfish we are. On the surface we do appear self centered or even in certain situations but that isn't our whole personality.
My auntie Susan is a Aries and she wasn't selfish at all she would take us on fun road trips and always pick up little things for me and suprise me when I would come to her house, she had children late in life but she turned out to be a wonderful mom, very nurturing and Caring.

Well, I have my Aquarius in Moon...so I am a bit more selfish and outrageous still. I will confess that I do like the spotlight sometimes and I can be incredibly blunt and abrasive. I also have my Aries in Mercury so there is that. I think I give off more of a Elizabeth Taylor feel. Ahaha!! She was a Pisces but she was also kind of outrageous, loved the spotlight,did her own thing even though sometimes it was selfish. Plus, my boyfriend is a Gemini with his Gemini in moon and mercury and Leo in Mars then Venus in Aries and we get along fabulously. I think if I had any other guy I would get very bored. I've noticed I like passion and this sort of abandonment in relationships and only fire guys can pretty much give me that...so I am not so prime, shy, and proper all of the time. Maybe its that I don't have my Moon in Pisces. I dunno. I am also not nurturing or caring towards children at all. LOL! I have no mothering bone in my body. For some reason I can do that for people--because I always seem to pick the lost little lambs out for boyfriends but I cannot mother children. No. I don't have the patience. I am also very changeable because I have water and air in me. So, sometimes I can be sweet and giving and sometimes I can be quite cruel, detached, and selfish. So, there is that. Just shows how different personal planets,etc...can maybe change what a person is like.
