Venus in Aries loves the chase more than any other sign. Venus in Aries loves a challenge. They??re not afraid of competition and will fight for who they want. However, they lose interest quickly. Aries is the first fire sign, and Venus in Aries expresses affection directly, impulsively, and enthusiastically. This is a confident lover. You will never have to guess if he/she likes you; everyone will know if Venus in Aries likes you. When they??re in love, they may yell it from the rooftops. They especially enjoy the beginning of new relationships, so they may start many new relationships. If a current relationship loses appeal, they want to start a new one right away.
Elizabeth Taylor had Venus in Aries.

The keyword for Venus in Aries is action. They act out their love before saying it with words. Don't be surprised if they expect you to go places with them without discussing it with you first. If you let them lead, you??re guaranteed to have an exciting adventure.

Since Aries is the most selfish, uh assertive, fire sign, Venus in Aries can be a very demanding lover. His tendency to satisfy his own desires first can interfere with intimacy. His ideal lover should have Venus in a fire sign as well, because only another assertive fire sign Venus can handle this lover boy??s fire. Venus in the air signs can also put up with them. Everyone else better run for cover. Venus in Aries can get loud and violent in the name of love. On the good side, Venus in Aries is responsive. They will not ignore you or use passive-aggression. They use plain, old aggression.

LadyOfRebirth - I guess I should have replaced aggressiveness with assertiveness. I initiate most things once I know someone is interested in me, but I'm not forceful or violent, which is what aggressive implies haha.

Rambunctious76 - YES, I'm exactly the same! I'm 18 so I'm still kind of young, but I'm definitely beginning to learn that I should think before I act when it comes to relationships. With the objects... idk why I'm so indecisive. Like when I go shopping and there are too many color choices it stresses me out and eventually I'm just like whatever, forget it.

I also should have replaced childish with selfish in my first post. The two words kind of imply the same thing to me. I have a "me first" attitude, and the thought of any guy that I'm dating being with someone else before me REALLY bothers me. I try not to make it a big deal though because that's life... there will be someone who got there before you, nothing you can do about it. Although I have a lot of freedom loving placements, I also get angry when I feel like someone isn't paying me the attention I feel I deserve.

It's really irritating because I feel like I'm constantly having to suppress this selfish, assertive part of myself in order to keep the peace. I know I'm being unrealistic but I obviously I can't help that I feel that way.

Am I the only one who experiences this?!

Yes. I have Venus in Aries, and I often roll my eyes at the games people play in relationships and the power trips they go on. It drives me nuts. I don't know why we can't just chill and be natural. I've been called naive a lot, which used to bother me because I see a lot more than people think I do but now I'm starting to realize that it's true. I'm naive in a childlike way--I favor innocence, guilelessness, and lack of power plays when it comes to love. All that other gameplaying, sexual hierarchy shit annoys the fuck outta me.
