Sixth house is mostly about paying attention to the minute details of self-improvement. Knowing that it doesn't take a miracle or a giant adventure to just do things a little bit better every day.

Sun in 6th - Physical and psychological weaknesses can make themselves very known so adjustments can be made accordingly. Over a lifetime knowing how to listen to your body is pretty crucial (you can get any trainer worth their salt for a half day session and act them for the legit ways in how to learn doing this - like calisthenics especially). Remove any kind of routines or weaknesses in the diet that increase stress. The sum total of this is you can teach others how to do the same.

Thing of it as being a placement of someone who'd be better off even just reorganising their bookshelves rather than sitting and meditating all day.

There's a Zen saying ascribed to Sun in 6th - "Before enlightenment carry water, after enlightenment, carry water.'

Moon in 6th is more or less along the same lines, it's just that emotional security will benefit on a day-to-day basis rather than any long-term concerns.

Mercury in 6th is in it's domain here, so it should be both unconsciously and consciously strong. And better yet, the link between both should be fast. A lot of people have trouble picking up on what their internal body process is really saying to them, but in this case your body and mind should speak any pains it is having loud and clear. It's just about learning timing and when to ask the right questions around this area. Like "why do I get a headache every time this person walks into the room?" "why's my Friday afternoon routine leaving me unable to keep any energy for the weekend?"

Little adjustments here and there.

Unfortunately, Pluto in 6th throws a wildcard in there. As Pluto encourages any house its in to look deeper. It's a contradiction as you'll be tempted to (and sometimes right to) look at people's problems and take a more holistic view towards them. Way beyond the body and face-value symptoms, and into their environment and everything that shapes their problems.

Bottom line though, the 6th house is where people pass into adulthood. I know health seems boring, but it's the house where everybody's body starts to merge with the psyche. And anyone who's perceptiv
