Planets in my houses

Here are my houses will some one help me understand where houses came from or why its a thing. Maybe even what it means for my placements.
Sun is Aquarius in the 12th house
Moon is Pisces in the 12th house
Mercury is Capricorn in 11th house
Venus is Capricorn in 11th house
Mars is Sagittarius in 10th house
Jupiter is cancer retrograde 4th house
Saturn is cap in 11th house
Uranus is cap in 10th house
Neptune is cap in 11th house
Pluto is Scorpio in 8th house
Moon node is Aquarius retrograde in 12th house
Chiron is cancer in 5th house
Lilith is Scorpio in 8th house
My ascendant is Pisces in 1st house
Mc is Sagittarius in 10th house

I notice I have a lot of 11th houses 10th and 12th also...

You have a lot of planets in the 11th and 12th, thise areas deal with society at large, humanitarian associations, the poor, marginal people, prisons, hospitals, strange places, you would do well in a job that deals with kinds of things. You have lots of compassion, a well developed 6th sense, and a curiosity about the world.
You'd hate a 9to 5 job and dont see the importance in a strict routine, you have an open mind and vast perspectives.

Mars and Uranus in 10th mean sudden changes in the career, rebelliousness, originality in the career, as well as public image in the long term.
It also means combativity in career and public image, you're seen as a fighter, or agressive, you could be an mma champion, in any case their is some fight in your career, somehow.

Jupiter in 4th means you had a large home growing up, and probably will manage to own a large home all your life. You had a sweet nurturing home and sometimes retreat excessively to charge your batteries.
There was a lot of action in the home, a larger than life upbringing. Your parents were interested in the world and philosphy, many subjects. Or even religion.

When you may have suffered neglect of your talents. And dismissal of your abilities.

Use these talents no more to recreate past dramas.

But you must create. Literally. Invent. Perform. Be larger. Make something.

Even if you only draw one picture, or write one word, or tap one step-touch, or play one note, or sew one costume sleeve, or think one new thought every week, then commit to that. Quantity doesn’t count. Commitment does.

Commit to five minutes a day of pure play time. Pure. For no other purpose than the act of creation itself.

This is NOT building a schedule to complete that Bestseller. This is not about schemes to big success.

This is about valuing Life for Life’s sake. Creation for the sheer joy of creating. Participating in the bounty of bringing your unceasing ability to think of new things and make them tangible.

Because your essential creative Self was not encouraged. Your fire was doused.

But know it can never, not ever, be put out completely. It may be physical creation or mental inspiration, but somehow you have, within you, the ability to make something out of nothing. You can connect ideas and make something appear.
