birth time—??

hi there, i was concerned and curious if anyone knows a way to find out a persons time of birth. i know the date, but not the time. i tried to look on my certificate but none was available, asked both my parents and neither could remember. all they could remember was that, that year it was on thanksgiving. lol
11/24/1987.
id really like to know if theres a way to find out, so i can better understand my astrological essence... right now im only running on the knowledge of my sun/moon sign.

i did go to that site and found out my info. at first i wasnt sure if it would be completely accurate, but when it said my moon was capricorn and sun sagittarius, which i knew before, everything else made sense. so this is what i found out:


Rising: Aqaurius

Sun: Sag

Moon: Cap

Mercury: Scorp

Venus: Sag

Mars: Scorp

Jupiter: Aries

Saturn: Sag

Uranus: Sag

Neptune: Cap

Pluto: Scorp

N.Node: Aries

that rising probably isn't accurate - if you don't know your nirthtime most sites will just plug in 12 noon.

You will have to contact your hospital for your recorded bith time.

It's kind of strange, we record "time" it seems everywhere, except where it's most important; our own birth records for instance. (Thank God i still have my own baby ID braclet, recorded to the exact minute.) So be aware that some doctors may still *round-off* birth time; if it's close to the top or bottom of the hour. In astrology every minute is valuable; doctors should never *round-off*..'if any are listening. 😉

Just to note: 'the Ascendant moves minute-by-minute, so does the Cusp of the First House and ALL of the other 11 house cusps. So the Sun or Moon or a Planet which might have been in one House at a given time might be in the next House any time from a 'few minutes to 2 hours later!'

(This is why your exact birth time is so important. Otherwise if no birth-time can be found; then one may have to look into chart-rectification ~ moving in reverse time; using major life events to erect a natal rising chart.)

*btw, the Sun is likely to be the same Sign as your Rising Sign 'ONLY' if you were born close to the time of Sunrise.*
