Can sign traits from parents be passed down?

My mom is an Aquarius. Her Rising and Moon sign is Gemini. Mercury is Aquarius, and Venus in Sag.
My dad was a Capricorn. Rising sign was Taurus. Moon in Gemini. Mercury in Capricorn. Venus in Aquarius.
