How do you define beauty?

I'm kinda bored. I noticed that on most of the signs' boards, the threads with the most action are the ones Roy here— posted about his birthday. Ya know...I'm sure this topic has been covered already. Maybe someone could take a leap and describe what it is that makes a person beautiful to them...not "hot", "cute", but what's beautiful? Is it different today than it was 20 years ago or does true beauty last through the ages?

Oh yeah...this isn't really about astrology...but maybe it will be...if there's patterns with people of certain signs being attracted to other signs...I dunno 😛

Anything that can be appreciated is beauty to me.

well its really hard to define what beauty is for me.. coz when i like a person he/she is BEAUTIFUL to me and trust me im not kidding myself that they are beautiful when in actual fact they are ugly coz they ARE gorgeous in my eyes.... like that song goes:

Do i love you becoz your beautiful or are YOU beautiful because i love you—

I know what you mean. I hear people say all the time that "personality making someone beautiful is such bullshit, they're either ugly or they're not and the kind of person they are can't change their physical appearance. Don't say they're beautiful just because you love them and lie, let them know that you love them regardless of their appearance, etc, etc, etc"...
But to me that's all based on society's standards of beauty. Do you know what I mean? It's all relative...

True Astrological Beauty are summed up in these signs:

And What houses they are in, and what aspects they are, i'll give you mine for an example. Rising Virgo, moon in pisces, venus in sagittarius, chiron in cancer, juno in sagittarius, ceres in libra, vesta in taurus, lilith in sagittarius. Some of my aspects are Venus Trine Ceres, Sun Conjunction Venus, Venus Conjunction Juno, and Venus Conjunct Lilith.

To me, beauty is class. Male or female. A classy person is confident without having to speak one word about how great/attractive they are...and confidence is beautiful, it can make someone who by traditional standards may be considered plain-looking into someone who is intriguing. But, to sum up, it's all in the eyes, for me.

Im still waiting to see ugly except for the crap humans create.Cars,pop bottles,fast food thrown everywhere,candy wrappers and even this computer which will do nothing but be garabage is ugly.I've never seen an ugly person so they're myths in my book,what makes a person ugly?Everybody is just there to niether extreme until I get to know them and then they become more attractive but still never just met someone and thought ugly also.Maybe im defective in that department :S

Ha, easily answered; you must be beautiful inside; a woman whom is physically beautiful, won't always register too heavily in my mind, and if she does and she wants to keep me interested, she needs to be interesting, ambitious, determined, and basically someone I see as an equal, and will be creative, and inspiring; I do not like weak women; and weakness doesn't mean physically, it means internally; strength of character, and vision; that is beautiful to me; to just APPEAR beautiful is dull, and quite honestly boring; you need to have something else going on, that draws me to you, or you to me.... a woman whom knows what she wants, or is on the road to get them is beautiful to me, she has a vision, and believes in it, and thus pursues it; that is hot to be with someone who shares your strength of vision, and having a woman who can kick my a** is sexy too!!!. That fire in her eyes, and that determination is hot!!!!.

Beauty to me...is a title given to someone who is attractive by purity and innocence...NOT SEXINESS! I would say a woman is beautiful if she is overall purehearted and very elegent in the way she does things and, of course, her appearance. In the bigger picture, even the ugliest of ugly can still have the most beautiful heart in the world. In short, the meaning of beauty to me is purity.

Being pure is impossible...we are all born sinful, and what birth has not given us in sin, we find in the heart, and darkness of life, and experience; beauty is about to me the way in which a woman can EXPRESS herself; to be offending to the spirit to me is to be offensive to my vision of beauty; a woman whom is boyant, and lofty, and possess a gentle, sensitive, yet powerful demeanor is beautiful; also dreams, and ideals are beautiful in my definition of beauty in that you possess a inspiration, and more importantly a PASSION that you want to burn, and to stay alive; how beautiful is it to possess a dream, a hope, an ideal and become light, and hope itself— As I stated before, physical attraction is not in my oppinion the most important thing, it is in the expression of what you feel inside, and how BONDED you are to these feelings; that will INSPIRE the love, and your attracting me.

I personally know some purehearted women...of course sin will always taint the soul, but it is the power of a woman's heart to REPEL that sin is what is pure. For example, being focus on life isn't pure...but the way a purehearted woman handles the everyday challenges of life is beautiful, and attractive. The innocence of sin, in her mind...she thinks of nothing to hurt or harm anything, only to assist in lending a helping hand in any way she can...is beautiful. I'm a sinner, she's a sinner, but it is the act of repelling and eliminating sin is what is pure...she just gives off that aura that makes you smile...
