how do you feel about your moon sign?

Understanding How Your Moon Sign Influences Your Emotions

Your moon sign reflects your emotional nature and how you process feelings. A Leo Moon often brings warmth and a desire for admiration but can also lead to feeling vulnerable when love is not reciprocated. Recognizing these traits helps you better understand your emotional responses and manage your relationships more effectively.

I have pisces moon, and whatever moon you have you should learn to accept it because you can change everything else about you but your chart, the hardest part of learning your own chart is acceptance.

i hate having a pisces moon, nothing wrong with a pisces moon, but in combination with aries sun it makes me emotional and not very down to earth. i think aries sun, pisces moon is bad. no common sense, just emotions combined with impulsiveness. bad, bad, bad.

but cancer/leo cusp is great, may look difficult at first, but those are the ppl i think are really lovely and i get along with. they have those much loved protective leo-traits, at the same time they disagree, which is needed to respect someone.

I feel you on this moonchild! well, I don't have a leo moon. Mine is virgo and I'm rather cool and aloof when it comes to love: I don't fall that quickly. But I have venus in pisces and I am a total ...and I mean TOTAL...romantic, dreamy mess when i'm into someone. I go straight to dreamland and have a lot of difficulty coming back to earth...
Absolutely hate this position in romantic involvement. But I'm learning to deal with it with the other aloof parts of my chart. Maybe you could try doing that with your leo moon.

I end up doing a lot of shit that I don't agree with in my head. I tend to fall hard and act impulsively but then (sometimes) I end up feeling really jealous and self-protective. I know I confuse myself and others.

I guess it's ok though. If I was all analytical "Virgo" my life wouldn't be nearly as interesting. 🙂

I have an aries sun and a capricorn moon. Makes me very driven and it grounds me and keeps me away from some of the typical aries pitfalls regarding money, temper and...well idiocy. My rising is cancer, so Im considerate of other peoples feelings. The bad rep aries gets is undeserving.

I feel right at home with it....becuase I AM at home on the moon...lol!!!! my moon is in exaltation, in cancer; it makes me very receptive, and understanding to emotions around me, but they don't run THROUGH ME too much....I find this balancing, and comfortable with my sidreal sign leo; I don't get too competitive, or pompous; I am even more accomodating to others, and I like to make them feel acepted, and valuable.

I'm not a big fan of my moon because it's in Libra. I suppose that has its good and bad points. I think it has a strong tempering influence on my Scorpio sun...I feel like it probably cools me off a little bit. But, I feel very strongly that it causes indecisiveness in a lot of areas of life. Things usually go like this...

X happens.
I have an instant, strong intuitive response to it, which is usually very passionate one way or another (Scorpio).
Five seconds later, I cool off a lot and begin mercilessly questioning myself and second-guessing the reaction I just had. (Libra)

Ugh!!

There are occasionally times when I stick to a decision very firmly and don't waiver no matter what. But I put myself through this indecisive Libra Hell before coming to that point.

maia...well, being that i am a cancer with a lot of LEO in my chart it is hard to balance it out with aloof parts...b/c there are no aloof parts in my chart at all.

Sag/Cap cusp, Moon in Pisces, Gemini Rising... it's interesting. very interesting.

i love my moon sign. i've read that it makes me more vulnerable to being used. i definitely give myself unabashedly, esp. in a relationship, but i can always tell when people are using me. when i realize someone is trying to get the best of me or taking me for granted, i'll step up and say something, i'll never go out of my way again for them and i'll definitely lose some respect for them, or i'll just use them back (only in certain relationships that im somewhat stuck with, ie. work or family cuz i dont like being vengeful). for the most part, i dont like compromising myself. i love to give myself and damnit i will, but only to those who deserve it.

also, cap and pisces are both said to lean more towards creative things and spirituality. pisces moon only magnifies that in me and i love it. art really puts me in my element and religion and spirituality is of huge interest to me. more often than not, the right side of my brain is at it.

Hmmm.... My virgo sun keeps my head thinking clearly. My moon in taurus is why I have those "sensory urges", darn that taurus! It can be difficult to control thoses taurus cravings. But the taurus keeps my temperament VERY stable. My scorpio ascendant with virgo sun makes me a very strong willed creature, but with a bad mouth when not controlled. The scorpio w/virgo also gives me a keen memory and good observation traits. Oh, and the virgo/scorpio eyes. Everyone says I have very piercing eyes. All 3 combined will cause me to retaliate with a vengence when crossed, but that is oh so rare. Overall, I am quiet pleased and satisfied!!! Love Life!

Jackdoniel,
You're moon sign is how you approach life internally- it's the you that people get to know by living with you, and also how you can relate to others...

I'm a virgo moon, I like it cause it balances me out. Slows my sting in volitale situations, and makes me look from the other party's perspective. Yet because of the fact that overall I'm a water sign, logic isn't my only focus.

"Storm,

Interesting, is it like your inside personality ? if so what's the role of your sun sign compare to the role of your moon sign ?"

Yes. Your sun sign is your over-all. It's you in the generalized sense. There's a lot of components that come into play when it comes to our personalities of course. But I view the astrological chart as a synergistically clean slate of your personality. Free will and interpersonal relationships are key components into making you who you are. I guess the way I would put it, is you're given tools from birth, how you use them, and what you do with them is up to you. How you relate to others is what the tools are for. Your sun sign is the general you in the sense of how you might approach situations, like aries have the "come hell or high water, watch what I can do," or aquarians with the "if you don't have a brain in your head, I have no time." or a scorpio with the "if you're good to me I'll be good to you, but if you wrong me....." I could go on w/each sign but I think you get the gist.
Whereas with your moon sign, that's the internal you in the sense of how you deal with things yourself. Someone with a moon sign in gemini might be able to communicate their feelings easier even if their sun sign is more introverted with emotions. Or a sun sign in generous Leo, might have a bit more of a frugal nature with their moon in cancer.
Hope this makes sense... 🙂

Hmm, guess it adds emotion to that logic or something, I don't know. Then again, Virgo's aren't heartless either, so I don't know what to make of it.
