To my fellow librans, the books quite often say we're lazy. Do you find yourselves to be innately lazy? Eg. Mentally, emotionally or physically? I find i am lazy at times. Sometimes it's mentally and other times it's emotionally. For example, if i can't be bothered facing an intellectual challenge i will simply shut down and make an excuse for not 'thinking' about it. Sometimes i am physicall lazy, but not often. I find it all starts in the brain.

So what do you think? Are we all pathologically lazy?

It must be something that I am intrested in to want to get involved. Sometimes y'all are to hard to debate. I have to be up for it. Alot of times the post are a little too long and I dont read them all. Is that lazy? I dont think I am physically lazy, because others have refered to me as being like a hummingbird, constantly moving. I know I am not emotionally lazy.
Why Libragirl? What is up? I dont know of any lazy Libs, and I have alot of them around me. If I am happy inside I get very creative and active. I can shut down completely and do at times to recharge. I feel guilty if I am not being productive.

Libra Girl,

Yes, I too have come across this same analyzation about us Lib's being lazy--but I always got the impression that the writer meant we were physically lazy. I think some of us are but hell, not all Librans are lazy. To say that all Librans are lazy is too general and not accurate. However, in an emotional sense, I can agree. Never thought of it that way. We do like good food and sweets and anything pleasurable--food plays a big part here. But you know what? I think in general, we are as lazy as the next person--who could very well be a Picses, Gemini, Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, etc, etc...We're not all that different. The indecisions are way more apparent than alledged laziness with Librans.

Lifetime

I was reborn when I was broken/I wouldnt believe/been through a storm with no us in hopin/that you would come rescue me/somehow your love set me free/and now

I can let my life pass me by/or I can get down and try/work it all out this lifetime

there was a time when love was unchosen/and now I'm just hopin'for more and now I'm just reachin out/for somethin' better than I had before/that aint about a mine or your world

I can let my life pass me by/or/ I can get down and try/ work it on out/ hit it this time

I can let it all pass me by/or I can just try and try/I can move to the light/oh, by taken it one day at a time/spread my love out and fly

oh, if I could just make you understand/love is not a fairy tale in a melody/and if you want it you could have it/maybe you will see?/lifetime lifetime

Suzy Q-
At first you said that you don't know of any Librans that are lazy but in your next post you sort of admit that "yes we are lazy..." "" ""--so what's your stand on this subject?
I don't read all the long written posts either--sometimes they're too long. I don't think it makes us lazy to not read them--sometimes it's just a lot of blah, blah, blah--you know what I mean.

What?? No. I don't think that Librans are lazy. I think that people are designed to fulfill specific roles. Some are designed to think new concepts, others to teach them, and yet others, to organize, build and produce these concepts as substantial objects. I believe that Librans are destined to be a part of the thinking group, along with, [say- from astrology], Aquarians, Geminis, Aries and Capricorns. We think up new concepts, and that is what we were designed to do. Others also think, but their strengths may lie elsewhere, for example, in organization and production. This does not mean that organizers can not think. We all can, but their role in life was pre-destined for them to be organizers. Therefore, they organize well, as we think well. No one group is endowed with enough of all of the allotted talents to be able judge another group by its' own standards, as no two groups are given the same talents, or pitfalls in the same measures. Therefore, no one else from another group has the right to define any individual as "lazy"- especially without knowing all of the facets of that someone's job description information- that is, descriptions of that individual's pre-destined role. We ourselves hardly know completely what our own roles are. HOW THEN CAN WE JUDGE ANOTHER?
..and by whom's standards will they be measured? Frankly, if someone refers to you in the future, Libragirl as "lazy".. tell them to stick to their own roles and f*** off!!! HA! I suppose this is how the phrase, "..know your role" came about..

Well cj7, i didn't actually know you called me a lazy libran and i wouldn't have cared anyway. I would have just laughed and said 'be more original', hehe, and i probably would have agreed with you to a certain extent. I mean, you really do have to wonder about someone who leaves their vacumn cleaner out for days without even doing any vacumning don't you-yet i find the time to go for a 5km walk every day. Go figure.
