I have it in my chart, although the orb is pretty big.
It may be complemented/offset by other placements in my chart.
I think for me where it has manifested is either not recognizing limitations and/or recognizing them.
Since I work in a field that is technical in nature, I've actually been able to leverage it, although from the outside, more action oriented people may think things are moving too slow.
That is, until they look at the "chessboard" and realize checkmate was established five moves ago.

Sort of dovetails with the description Seraph posted in some respects.
