Need Help with Pisces Man

Hi I'm new & need adviceabout a guy I'm interested in, sorry in advance this will be really long. I'm a Sagittarius (Dec 18) & the guy is a Pisces (Mar 10). I started working at a company a year ago and about a month in I started to notice my co-worker. He embodies everything I've read about Pisces men, shy, charming, sensitive & mysterious. I believe that he was showing subtle signs he was into me so around May after months of finding the courage I decided to tell him I wanted to hookup with him. He agreed but asked me if I was still with my ex & even though I wasn't I let him think that we were, because we were just joking up I didn't feel the need to let him know what the real was. But we would meet in the car & kiss but nothing further. He always seemed nervous, no eye contact & would jump out the car when we were done. He made several excuses before we hooked up that he was tired or was hung over from the previous night (He may be the addictive Pisces, not really sure), or he had to get ready for the new job that he getting ready for. Fast forward to July we finally hooked up after what felt like I pressured the hell out of him lol.

So after realizing that I was chasing more than he was I completely backed away. Blocked him on my phone, wouldn't respond to his little small jokes he would email me just nothing. A month later after some of my confusion with him wore off I unblocked him because I realized I was more mad at myself than him, that same day I got a text from him saying he wanted to do it again which I agreed too. Now it's the end of August and it's the same I give he pulls away relationship. I just need to know if I'm doing too much & let it go.

*Last night he was suppose to come meet me at a hotel to hookup but bailed again. He was originally going to come to my house but again he still thinks I'm with my boyfriend so when I changed the location he conveniently didn't want to do it anymore so we got into it. He told me why he's never offered to invite me to his house which was nice because I know nothing about except for him taking a new job that will move him out of state. It's more to the story just would be an extremely long post.
