Pluto??s natal arrangement illustrates the individual??s pursuit for truth and superior significance, related to revolutionizing, turmoil, influence, and matters of management. Chief aspects concurrent with these areas of life include passion, apprehension of loss or disloyalty, fascination, paranoia, and self-covetousness. The second house symbolizes the most alluring desires of an individual as well as their approach towards commitment. The second house is also the source of the individual??s true value and power of attraction. The alignment of planets here demonstrates the degree of an individual??s possessiveness.

Pluto in the second house signifies the drive towards autonomy, independence and realization, often coupled with physical gratification. One learns to withdraw the focus of his/her attention towards self, simultaneously limiting the individual??s vision. The external forces thrive to expand this vision through the mode of dispossession or confrontation of such personal limitations by others. Transformation and augmentation transpire in the arena of personal values, principles and ethics. Pluto??s presence in the second house ensures retribution in the form of incarceration, culpability and seizure of goods in case of exercise of manipulative means or compulsive spending in order to gratify material needs.

Authoritative instincts in resource development grant a firm sense of ownership and consequent possessiveness. Sentimental values are attached to assets, escalating the demand for managing and shielding one's wealth and property. 1 Question before I run off - to the 7th House Pluto people.

Do you feel you attract Pluto-types?

From cafeastrology:

You might be drawn to people who are intense, jealous, possessive, or obsessive, or possibly who you feel are powerful. On the other hand, your own resistance can bring out control issues in a partner, who fears the loss of you or your betrayal. In fact, you might bring out the "worst" in others by your relationship behavior -- you tend to be the catalyst for others to discover their more primal instincts and fears.

I've just started seeing someone with Taurus rising and Pluto in the 7th and I don't feel Pluto like...YET. But soooo many articles are saying the 7H Pluto person brings it out of their partner.

Checked out the whole blog site you gave and it's very interesting, should be read by anyone starting astrology. Has plenty of very well chosen, to the point quotes from ppl who really matter, the masters of this field. Also, they're concise explanations alternating with life ex. articles. The one with Patrick Swayze's Mare in Scorpio and Mars conjunct Saturn synastry with his wife is compelling
Thank you 🙂

6th house.

I can definitely relate to what it says about work.

I am a total perfectionist to the point of finding it difficult to delegate just because I don't trust others to do a job right. I have also eh been accused of being too "critical" of others at work.

Same thing here, 6th house in Pluto. I am know as "the machine" at work, I am very organized and focused at work and all surrounding enviorment but I am not that in personal life.

I simply cant delegate some tasks since I know the other person cant do it completely.

I am very critical but I keep that to myself most of the time, maybe because I dont want to be critized also.

I can be critized but it has to be just, if not I will fight until the other person is brain dead, is better the other person quit because I hate injustice. Maybe my Moon, Venus, Mercury in Aries come to hand.

But most of the time I am known to be always working when others talk about the weather and such.

I have Pluto in the 7th and so does my SO...

I'd say this quote ^^^^^^^^ is right on point. I've always been possessive and obsessive, but the jealousy and intensity are new and very, very strong. The more resistant I was in the beginning of the relationship, the more he changed his behavior patterns and I found we would switch back and forth in this role.

He fears loss, I fear betrayal... I ultimately gave up trying to control in the relationship and he gave up trying to be so controlling. More subtle guiding and suggestions now than demands and commands. There is a constant shifting that I don't think will ever go away. Something you just have to get used to..

In my relationship with my ex, there were constant power struggles. Constant... and I would usually win with manipulation. Every relationship I've been in (even friends) has always carried a heavy feeling. Light and fun moments, but there is always some change involved that's for sure and it is mostly felt by the other person.
