It's not very good to have alot of one element, and worst, 0% of an element can make that person lack (and therefore have to work extremely hard to compensate for that lack. Damen's example, Hitler has "o" emotion, so he can wipe out people without remorse. Similarly, Cobain's water filled chart and lack of fire prolly made him so depressed he wiped himself out.

There are probably random ones floating about, but right now I can think of only astrodienst's Pullen astrolog. They do the comprehensive elemental thing with the houses. Most people get an elemental balance there.

I don't have any earth planets so they must have derived the 6.6% from vesta and chiron, which is all I can think of. Apart from the Taurus midheaven but wouldn't that fall under houses??

I have to admit i'm not a great fan of restrictions & responsibility, but for some reason I end up being pretty good with it anyway so overall it's not really a problem. I am definitely trying out the Astrodienst's Pullen astrolog.. 🙂
