"Neptune within 10 degrees from the Ascendant poses an immediate dilemma, for the nature of Neptune is antithetical to the nature of Mars. Where Mars seeks to assert power over life, Neptune seeks to avoid birth. Where we experience Neptune, we feel helpless and impotent, or we are in the hands of powers greater than ourselves. The experience of birth might be felt by the person as a process in which he or she has no volition and no choice. It is the mother's will, or perhaps the will of the doctor or midwife, but not one's own; and the archetypal Martial component of struggle, inherent in the birth process, is curiously absent.
I have seen this placement in the charts of many people whose mothers were drugged into unconsciousness during the birth process, and both mother and children share in the torpor and lassitude that result. The whole experience takes place, as it were, under water"

Ok... If you look at my chart on my profile you will see I am an Aries rising... However, I was a csection birth and within 10 mins time I would have been a Pisces rising... Therefore I ask, since I was a csection would it of counted when my mothers tummy was sliced open and I was exposed? Or perhaps a cuspy? I understand that it is virtually impossible but seeing the circumstances? Also, if I was born earlier my houses would be correct (see my profile) since I am on Aries rising shouldn't all my houses be in their corresponding signs? Such as since my Venus is in sag it should automatically be in the 9th house and not the 8th.... Same with my Taurus moon it is saying that it is in the 1st and shouldn't it be in the 2nd automatically since I am technically an Aries rising? Hope this makes sense?
