Well, starters - you mentioned it's tough when you're the go-to "sunny-side" person..
Change that thought to INCLUDE yourself. You can't always be there for everyone else but not yourself. You're responsible for how your attitude aligns with the day unfolding - only other people who you should be considering are your kiddos/hubby (altho he needs to help with that too, it doesn't all fall on you n if it does n you're feeling some type of way then ya'll need to have a discussion).. anywho.
Beyond that, I'd say anything to break out of the rut you may be in - prob hard to do with littles but.. anything to break up the monotony. You always have such n such for lunch? Change it up, even if it's the same thing - prepare it differently or make it appear different. You always watch a movie on Friday? Maybe try turning on some tunes n having a fun little dance party.. idk, for me - stuff like that, the little random bits throughout a day make a world of difference if I'm feeling weird or down n out or whatevs 🙃💛

I don’t believe “the wages are butter” argument. It’s a cop out.
They are offering $ 16/hr plus benefits to stock shelves at Walmart y’all. That’s not that bad all things considered. I thought I was rich if I made $ 10/hr at my first couple of jobs…which is the type of jobs these are…
Skilled laborers/trades get paid well above that.
I’m going to sound old and grouchy for this but I think the real problem is many people didn’t work for a few months or got to “work” from home and essentially decided they liked not working and were able to get by doing what they were doing with gov supplementing
One step closer to basic universal income ☕️
Did Florida extend or cancel the federal unemployment benefits?
I’m not positive about federal but I believe Desantis withdrew it and was like “there’s plenty of jobs, go to work” 😬
I know he recently put back a bunch of the former unemployment stips like you have to prove you are actively looking for a job, sending resumes, showing up to job interviews…employers can report no shows again.
My husband is a business owner and he said in years prior people wouldn’t even show up to the interviews but now that they go through the whole hiring process, fill out all the required paperwork, apply for their required licenses, etc and then just no show the first day 😅 it’s wack
And this is a job that pays $ 15/hr base plus bonuses to drive a car around in the AC !
To do what? That's fluff all per hour for labourclick to expand
