Aqua rising?

My mom told me I was born at 9 something in the morning which is Aquarius but I always thought it was in Pisces

normally the moon effects the eyes. the combo of aqua and Scorpio gives that look of distance w a little intensity. the Weeknd has a Scorpio moon. he's an Aquarius. has a lot of Capricorn in his chart. just an interesting correlation 😉

idk Pisces have an orb-like appearance. in my opinion. their eyes look like orbs. especially w a water moon on top of that and watery. yours have that distant look. technically that can be attributed to Pisces but I think it's more of an Aquarius look. there's more of an intellectual air to you imo.
