Moon/Ascendant or Mars in Libra I think
My Pisces brother has Libra Moon. His Gemini ex cheated on him, told him and additionally slappen him in the face.
Water or earth dominant...Luckily I'm air and fire mostly so I welcome a battle 😛
Im a Libra Mars and I pretty much get insulted all the time and dont say anything..
My mother and sister will both be furious at me for not speaking up but I dont think getting upset is worth it, and I also like to analyze people and situations. Its interesting to me the things people will say and the lengths they will sometimes go to try and break/hurt you. I think it reflects more on them and I let the situations help me understand others better.

I'm Mars dominant and have six placements in Fire.
I would escape situations where getting all over walked up is a matter of routine.
But I would not react to the first insult. In that matter I am like Mr. Spock. I get the data, process it and label it. Job done.
Once happened that I had to show big anger cause that would spare us time. We were at the air port and time was crucial.

It should go without needing to be said, but just so people don't get butt hurt, ALL signs speak up for themselves.There will always be people who speak up and people who let themselves get walked over under any sign and yada yada yada cluck cluck cluck......
Now to answer the question, from my personal experience the more passive signs I've seen who are more likely to allow this are Pisces, Cancers, and Libras.

Cancer suns are very outspoken i have observed. Maybe because their mecury might fall in either gemini or leo (apart from cancer) which are both "outspoken" signs.
