How come earth is not a ruling planet of any sign? I'm not talking about the elements, such as: earth, air, fire, and water signs. For example: Uranus rules Aquarius, Pluto rules Scorpio, the Sun rules Leo, Saturn rules Capricorn... etc, etc. Why isn't earth a ruling planet of a sign?
