Those stares from people, hate it.
For some odd, reason, My rising sign fluxuates between Aquarius, Capricorn, and Scorpio.....where can I go to calculate this for sure?
I've been to several sights, and all of them I pluged in 4:12 pm and I got Capricorn, Scorpio, and Aquarius Rising becuase they had different 'methods' of finding the rising sign.....basically I just need a website to get it right.
