Taurus Ex & Libra

He's a Taurus & I'm a Libra and about one mth ago, we broke up after a quarrel. He initiated it but after we broke up, he says that he still love me alot, just that we can't be together because he doesn't know how to face all the problems(quarrels) we had. But I really want to get back with him.

Can someone tell me how can I get him back and what are the chances I will get him back?

I know you want to get back with him but in this case, I think it best to honour his wishes. Give him time to work on his issues - he needs it. If it is meant to be, your getting together will happen easily and effortlessly.
