Time of birth?

Being on the edge of a cusp it makes me wonder. My chart changes radically if I change my time of birth just a few minutes. The birthing process isn't exactly instantaeous...When is it, officially and how accurately is time of birth recorded?

i don't know. but i've wondered that too. plus, i was born in an emergency c-section. does that have any effect on the accuracy of my birth time?

Sometimes, I think it's perhaps the aggregate effect of the cosmos on you the whole time you are forming into some air breathing (hopefully) creature during your time in the womb.
Also I wonder, since almost all higher evolved animals give birth in the spring, they will not have the diversity of the few living creatures that are born all year.

I hav the same problem with my rising. My mother has a round about idea but she not exactly sure. If I was born 10min earlier then I would go from taurus 2 aries. I figure my rising is on the cusp. Both descriptions seem 2 fit me pretty well

My hour and minute are the same as the day and month 10:30pm 10/30...fun stuff!
