Aww, just be honest with them, tell them - sweetly - you're not interested in dating right now, especially people who you work with, (atleast that's what it sounds like? Might be wrong...) that could get complicated if things go wrong...

wow sounds like a mess you have there. the problem there is leo's and cap's both will come out with the boxing gloves at a moments notice. if you truly have no interest in either take each of them aside seperately and tell them thanks for being a friend but that you have no interest in them romantically. then make it a point to not be with one or the other when the other one is around.hopes this helps as someday there will be someone you do want to be with and better to be unemcumbered when that time comes. good luck

Today, at work, I had some shit that was going on with me, and me being a cancer got all sensitive while something happened, but anyways I'm not going to get into that because it's irrelevant to this topic. Long story short, my emotions took over, and I started to cry. I left the building, then Leo guy came and started to talk to me, he was really there for me and all. Later on the day, I was fine again, until my so called ex Capricorn came. I spoke to him for a few seconds, and was continuing to do my work, read, and have short conversations with Leo and others. Then Capricorn came and sat beside me, and I saw Leo with a look that made me feel bad. Ah! I'm not attracted to Leo, but he's really supportive and there to amuse me whenever it's needed, whereas Capricorn broke my heart before, and is now apologizing and telling me how this and that. I feel as if I'm torn in between the two... I don't want to hurt anyone, as I myself don't like getting hurt. And the funny thing is that, Leo is like a team lead for my team and is cool with all managers and Capricorn was wearing jeans when he wasn't suppose to and he starts at 6pm, and we have so many other people wearing jeans, and at the end of my shift, I sat with Capricorn and next thing you know, he's written up. How do I express that I don't want to hurt anyone or choose anyone without hurting them? A part of me wants to leave them alone, but I want to be friends with them, and yes, they are my friends as of now, but I think they both like me.. and I don't want that!! I don't want anyone to like me in that way..
