TWO BIRTHDATES?? WTF!!!!

I spent my whole life (well just mainly thirteen years) believing in one astrological sign, accepted it as my personality type. Then I find out I'm not even that zodiac sing. The funny thing is I still feel like I relate more to the sign that I intially thought I was. This makes me question the astrology thing.

Pretty much what happened is that my mom told me several years back all me and my other sister (except the youngest one) have false date of births. I mean I just thought the women was going senile and was in too much shock to believe in her. It's bad enough the woman can see ghosts. Yeah! The crazy lady sees them. So last month, something life drastic happened with one of my children and she start saying my son and I have similar personalities. I'm arguing the fact that my son and I are like apples and oranges (denial). Then we went on to disguise signs. I'm like my son is a Virgo and I'm a Scorpio, were not the same. Then I remembered what she said several years ago and asked her again the date of birth, time of birth she mentioned about my sister and I. So I made a mental note of what she said this time. Even though everything she said then is still what she stands by now. So I did a little research the next day and come to find out she was right. What gave it away was the day me and my sister were born which was accurate for something that happened almost twenty seven years ago. So now I have read more in depth of both sign did a side by side full birth chart of both charts. Yet I feel like I still can relate to being a Scorpio as oppose to a Virgo.

I mean I wasn't born in the U.S. and where we come from at the time where they recorded birth certificates had burned down way before I was born. And they hadn't even developed a proper system for that keeping track of those type of records until afterwards. All you had were your memories. And the reason I ended up with the D.O.B. I have now was because in order for my parents to move to the U.S. and get passports we had to have some of document. Which led to a a fake Baptism certificate that the man decided to add a different month of birth, kept the same date, time, and year.

I mean damn. Astrology has always been my favorite hobby adn now. I feel wronged.

what about scorpio do you identify with? in a way, i can see how a virgo may feel some kinship to scorp...in the virgo's youth that is. and what about the rest of your chart? maybe there are other scorp influences that make you feel akin to the sign.

I'm not Cuban. I'm actually Haitian. Like i said my mom did tell all of her three daughters this several years ago. And I already though the lady was loony, so when she told me it again. I made a mental note it and checked out the dates. She told me I was born Wednesday August 24, 1983 at 4:55 am. So when I looked back at the date, the day she said I was born on was the giver for me. I mean, hell I don't even remember the day both my children were born. But my current legal date of birth is October 24, 1983 Monday at 4:55 am. See where I'm getting at. Funny thing is both dates have Venus in Virgo. What I relate more with a Scorpio is the i'm a very emotional person. I always keep a lot in. I can be going through the worst possible scenerio in life and whe I go out in public I do hide it and keep this fascade going like everyhting is okay. I am very intense. I always find my life in a bad place and will manage to overcome the obstacles don't even know how. When I look at a person I'm usually always trying to figure out there psych. How they relate to others, what makes them tick and so on. I really find more key element that I identify with more as a Scorpio than a Virgo. Just some of the horoscopes that I compared to Scorpio and Virgo, the scorpio horoscope just be more on the money. The birth chart comparisons with both Scoprio and Virgo are definetly opposite. The Scorpio chart has more earth elements while the Virgo chart has more fire elements. Weird!! I'm just at a loss.

^^^as are virgos, they're just better at hiding it. you rising and mars is leo. maybe you're pulling the emotional aspects from leo? maybe it wasn't scorpio that made you feel feels so "firey" after all? maybe it was an actual fire sign.

^^^see. virgos are very secretive. leos keep up pretenses. ask a virgo a personal question and you will walk away with the realization that they've attempted to learn more about you than they offered up about themself. leo also doesn't like to publicly admit defeat.

^^^leo is intense. and as i stated above, virgo can be like sherlock holmes to those that don't know their tactics. the key is, do you use the information you gather to manipulate the other person? how do you go about the manipulation? both leo and scorps do this. scorps are just far more tactical about it.


how many scorps do you know? do you know any over the top ones? where i think there are some similarities between the two signs, the personalities are just VASTLY different. the way they exhibit those similarities is night and day in a lot of ways so there's no confusion between the two. for example, virgos HATE to be made a spectacle of in public. scorpios...public, private, they're real all day everyday.

I have a really good retentive memory (as I thought Scorpio's were good at having along with Taurus). I remember things that I have done from when I was three years old. I'm always analyzing what a person says and dig to find out more . I go after the key questions that sometimes have people thinking I'm way too serious without a playfull side. Maybe I have used the information five percent of the time to get someone to do things for me and a little revenge once in a while. Usually you have to do somehting to piss me off for me to get revenge on you and I will wait for that right time. I never forget a wrong.

I have come across a lot of Scorpio's before. Some of the women are pretty down to earth. But there was this one guy he was extremely over the top and had some real serious anger issues. What he did was just blantly done out of nowhere, so let's just say I stopped talking to him after what I saw him do to someone.
I hate to be made a spectacle of anytime of the day or night. I have learned to be able to laugh at myself. But I don't like to be the butt of the joke by strangers. I can give my close friends and families 60 percent of the right of way to make fun of me. If I hear someone say something about me I don't like (like a stranger or co-worker) I won't respond just will get real pissed. I would ahve to be drunk to say something back. I find that I am passive that way.

Alos I know Virgos are very self-conscious on how they look and materialist. As are Leo's very flashy and like all attention. But I swear I am not like that. I am very comfortable in my skin. I was a tomboy my whole adolescent. It was when I turned 18 I became more girly. And even now I prefer sweatpants and t-shirt. I don't too much care what a person has to say. And I don't need to be the center of attention. I'm not materialistic although I want access to lots of money. Just knowing I have it is fine with me.

scorpio and virgo are pretty similar but with the subtle differences of earth and water. That's why they go best together, they understand one another but have complimentary earth/water qualities.

This does sound more like virgo to me - highly analytical and a scorp doesn't need you to do anything really serious to get angry with you - nor they typically "wait for the right moment". Those are definately earth qualities.

i agree with xangel. i'm not a scorp so i can't really say 100% , no, this isn't scorp behavior but based on what you've written, i'm not getting the scorpio vibe.

^^^sounds like virgo to me. ANALyzing...digging to find out more, way too serious (clinical). this doesn't strike me as scorp. maybe you were mistaking intensity of scorpio for the..."uptight" nature of virgo?

^^^VIRGO! where scorps may be quiet/mysterious, i think that's before you get to know them/if they're in certain environments? most that i know pretty well tend to talk loudly. i don't mean in a yelling sense but they're just not soft-spoken once they're comfortable. also, scorpios can make fun of themselves. virgos, not so much...at least not in mixed company.

It sounds to me like you are using the zodiac sign of scorpio to validate yourself. You sound like a really great person, no matter what sign. You don't need a zodiac sign to confirm or define your life.

I knew it was one or the other 🙂
