A question for people with children...

Choosing Conception Timing for Astrological Compatibility

Some parents consider timing conception to align with specific zodiac signs, believing it may influence their child's personality and compatibility. While astrology suggests certain signs may get along better, scientific evidence does not support that conception timing guarantees personality traits or compatibility. Focus on health and well-being when planning conception for the best outcomes.

Did you try to conceive your children at a certain time of year so they'd be born with a certain sun sign, thinking, maybe, that they'd be easier to get on with if they had a sign that's compatible with yours?

I didn't think about this till after I was pregnant and my due date was Nov 19, I planned it out and took castor oil on the 13th to try to have her on the 14th of Nov and it work perfectly and she was born on that day which is my birthday. her other placements are different from mine I look, but i feel a stronger bond with us sharing bdays, and also she or her father can't forget my bday.

"they'd be easier to get on with if they had a sign that's compatible with yours"

There's no such thing as a sign compatible with another, for it (the sign) being the determining factor.

You can love your best friend who's a Sag .. and literally hate a Sag co-worker, simultaneously.

To find compatibility with another comes from "caring" about the other person through trust and respect.

My only child is a Scorpio.

i didn't bother planning mine either. leo girl, cap boy, cancer/leo cusp girl, and sag/cap cusp boy. i was just happy they were healthy. 🙂

i get along with my leo girl and my two cap boys for the most part, but my cancer/leo girl loves to butt heads with me. lol!

Who the hell wants children? LOL.
You have to waste all your money on those things. . . .get yourself a little dog, those are alot cuter 🙂

why did your mom waste money on you lol yeah, the dog is a option but cats are far more intelligent than them, and also heres a bit of trivia, did you know cats invented martial arts.

LOL Prince!!! You sound exactly like my two kids (boy 17 and girl 20). They think they cost too much, too much responsibility, belief that population of earth is too large as it is and the state of affairs our world is in right now. I may not get a grandchild...😢

I think little dogs are great and oh so cute but I have to agree with Mr. Nice about cats though! They are definitely more intelligent and they are not as much work. I think I had heard that about cats and martial arts!
Cats rule!!!

About the thread, I didn't plan my children in relation to astrology but I ended up with a Leo girl (we are the best of friends) and an Aries boy (he's a total momma's boy) and I would love them dearly no matter what sign they were but I can definitely see how it can affect the relationship you have with them.

Regarding Stpatrickspisces post... That's great your kids are thinking that way at that age! I wouldn't worry. Kids usually (but not always) develop into adults. They'll continue to grow and gain life experience. They may change their mind completely some day!

I used to hate children as a teenager and then some time in my early 20's i grew to appreciate them and even like them. I didn't exactly want one to raise yet but the point is that my feelings and attitude changed as i aged. i think, or rather, i hope that everyone goes through such transformations. i mean, u know how it is! you've been there!

too funny. i remember that feeling. i know exactly where they are inside... just try to remind them that hate only begets more hate. acceptance, or at least tolerance, and understanding is key. tell them that ur proud of them on their decision to not reproduce any time soon. it shows just how mature, and immature!, they are. Good times 😉

True, true. My daughter is the most adamant but my son has an inkling of hope I see...lol. I know that they may change their attitudes as they mature and grow up and that is a good thing. I am glad that they are free thinkers and do take into account the state of affairs in our world. I will be happy with whatever they choose though. I don't think I would be totally devastated if they choose not to have children. I am happy with who they are so far and that is enough for me. :-) I have been there as well and actually had children too young (18) so I am happy that they are being responsible as far as procreating is concerned. That is something I was always open with them about as far as it not being a good idea to have children at a young age b/c you can miss out on so many opportunities but they also know that I haven't ever regretted having either one of them!

i don't have kids, but i'd totally do this.

had a pregnancy scare a couple years ago and was so relieved when i found out i wouldn't have to bring a pisces into this world. i don't think i could parent one of those.

I have two children. All unexpected though. A Virgo son who was suppose to be born a Libra (due date was his dad's bday 10-5th, to bad we had rough sex at eight month broke my water). My little girl a Gemini. Her due date was 6-15th. I was trying to wait it out to have a natural birth so she could be a cancer. But I couldn't take carrying that motherload and everybody looking at me like a freak show asking me everywhere I would go if I was having twins or triplets. (A lady literally was betting with her friend over it before they came up and asked) So I took some damn castor oil went on a mile long walk. The next day she came. C-section. But i really wanted a Cancer baby. I had a miscarriage last yr and that baby was going to be a Libra/Scorpio cusp. All these damn air signs just keep following me around.
