What are your family and friends' charts like?
Me: Leo Sun 8 Pisces Moon 3 Sag Rising Virgo Venus Mars and Mercury (8/9) in the 9th.
Dad: Aries Sun 8 Pisces Moon 7 Virgo Rising Aries Mercury and Venus 8 Mars in Sagittarius 4
Mom: Aquarius Sun 1 Gemini Moon 4 Aquarius Rising and Mercury 1 Gemini Venus and Mars in Aries 2
Boyfriend: Libra Sun 2 Taurus Moon 9 Leo Rising and Venus 1 Libra Mercury 2 and Virgo Mars 2
I am currently getitng my PhD in Psychology which suits the 8th/9th house stuff really well. I'm sort of the black sheep in the family of three. My mom and I have a very strained relationship which is telling because if you put our birth charts on top of each other there is squares and oppositions across the board. There is a lot to why it is strained but that could be an astrological explanation. She will put her desire to be the best number one mom in front of her desire to be MY mom to the point where she'll plant problems for me. So my dad is a stoic southern man who is just now getting a divorce from my mom. I don't think I fully understood him until recently but now I get it and we get along really well. (How could we not? Fire sun in the 8th house, pisces moon, sag placements and virgo placements). He travels for a third of the year for his job and I can so easily see how much that revives him and how much he loves it. When he's home, he's in his office and he hardly talks to anyone but me but when he's out of the house, he's mister extrovert. He has an amazing way with animals and chldren but has a very short fuse and stress-inflused health problems. There are just some times where he NEEDS to get away and I so relate to that. He used to drink and smoke but he quit them both. He works all the time. My boyfriend's birth chart is ridiculously compatible with mine. He's literally the roots and I'm the branches - that's how we describe our relationship.

My dad is a cuspy Sagicorn our Moons are Square. So true He's Gem moon I'm Virgo..
He talks a lot but its controlled
I act like a Sag Mercury and Asc around him.
It's like I can't be serious around him. My acting childish and stupid makes him mad. Grant it he wasn't there most of my life either
He has Sag Mercury and Taurus mars like me.
Cap Venus tight conjunct my Sun( he loves me like a trophy) I'm named after him too.
Mom it took me a long time to deal with her....
Virgo sun
Aires Moon
Libra Mercury
My problems with her is her moon and Mercury make her bipolar. She acts like a Libra to strangers but it is a front. At home she was an Aires and out of control one. Coincidently my fourth house is Aries and Moon Virgo.
To my mom's defense she is a lot better. She had drinking problems and nerve issues growing up. She acts very genuine and nice now. She is much more bearable to be around now.
My brother is a Vibra 3 degrees Libra Sun
Aquarius Moon
Libra Mercury sextile my Sag Mercury
Libra mars very close to Scoro ( he gets mad very easy these days) This did not start until he was like 18.
My brother and I well we get along but at a distance. I love him but he does his own thing, usually the opposite ( Aquarius moon and Saturn).
I think I always tell him what he should do like giving advice BC I want to see him reach his "potential". What he needs is a brother who is a friend and I haven't been that. I'm to practical for him. He's not practical at all. He is a loud talker, I'm in the middle. When he's up. I'm in the middle and When I'm up he is down.
He does not communicate or tell me what he is thinking or what he needs. I think it goes back to me not afting more like a friend than a big brother and problem solver.
