Venus conjunct Uranus sounds glamorous but it seems to me that it sucks (in my case anyway). It seems to manifest as:
* being attracted to people who are not attracted to me and vice versa * women I do attract are not feminine (Uranus is so not a feminine planet) * being in "relationships" with people who are far away from me even though I am a very tactile person (main example is my ex that I still keep in contact with for the sake of our son: they live in France and I only get to see them for a few weeks a year and my relatonship with her is fairly tense) * sometimes attracting gay men (maybe they think I am gay)
I have the conjunction in Leo by the way.
Anybody care to swap for let's say a Venus-Jupiter conjunction in Cancer?
Maybe the aspect is easier for women, I don't know.
Another (more positive) way it may manifest for me is that I am very attracted to extreme modern architecture (e.g. that of Rem Koolhaas/Zaha Hadid). In fact I feel that I missed my vocation as an architect: I should have become one but unfortunately I let my father put me off this idea back in the day and at 56 feel that I am too old to start now. In music I particularly like intense rock music such as acid-rock and some metal which may be to do with this placement as well.
I have venus conjunct uranus too, in Aquarius. Probably my biggest relationship fear is things being regular and feeling scripted. In my opinion, or maybe my assumption, is that a lot of relationships start the same way, the guy says the same things to the girl.... Etc. I require an aspect of unconventionality and uniqueness in relationships, though I have traditional values.
I don't wear makeup either, and a few lesbians hit on me as well 😭 lol
