another libra girl/cancer boy!

hey guys! i'm new here and i'm a libra lady woo, lol.

i met this great cancer guy a few months back and he is so sweet and charming. he's kinda shy around girls i've noticed but we talk very often and he's always very gentlemanly to me. one of his friends mentioned to me that he talks about me a lot but he hasn't asked me out yet! are cancer guys like this? not very straightforward? dya think he asked his friend to tell me that to see how i would respond?

are there any libra/cancer couples here? how're y'all doing?

oh sweetie, i feel for ya! it's a tough combo, this one. but the attraction is so strong. *sigh*

cancer guys are very indirect, they don't go straight for the target of their affection (you) and this can be really confusing to chatty, open girls like librans. don't give up though, it sounds like he digs on ya, esp if he's told his mates that he likes you. 🙂

I am in a Libra/Cancer relationship. We've been together 8 months next week. He is a Libra (m), I'm the Cancer(f). Although only 8 months.. we have had enough happen to write a few screenplays; I'll say that much!

But it can work... it really depends on the efforts each side is willing to put forth. My Libra and I went thru a lot for the first 3 months... I ended up leaving him for what I thought was for good. About 6 weeks later we got back together. It was the distance between the two of us that brought us closer than ever. We learned that no matter how hard things got nothing is worth not being together.

Although there are few semi-astro-related issues we DO deal with...

1) Power struggle; Libra and Cancer are both Cardinal signs. Me and my Lib tend to hit heads once and a while. I'm used to running the show, and so is he.

2) Emotion vs. Logic; Cancers we are very emotional. Our moods change more frequently than any other sign, and we are very intuitive to our surroundings. Libras are more logical, and tend to need to make sense of things. These two sides can conflict any time one side pulls harder than the other. (i.e.; a confrontation at work will lead me to tears, him to plotting out a plan to revolt)

3) Self centered; Both Libras and Cancers can be a bit self centered. Although both love friends, family, giving, etc. We tend to take care of ourselves first before anyone else. This sometimes can even happen when it's between the both of you.


So if it feels real, if it feels right - and both parts feel the same.. run with it. Signs or not - if it's meant to be it will happen. I love my Libra with all of my heart. I've never felt a love like this in my life. So trust me; there's hope yet! 😄

Also can I add.... Cancer MEN are much different than Cancer women. No offense... but I wouldn't date a Cancer man. Too emotional... and a bit on the crazy side. There's only room for ONE of those here! LOL

I still don't know if this distant behaviour is normal for a cancer guy? I haven't known many in the past. I'm used to being told straight-up haha!

Majority of cancerian males start out as a the "real cutie" type. But don't let it fool you. There are many out there who will use it against you and please oh please don't let a silly such as a cancer to get that hold on you. It may be weird to hear a cancer male bashing on other cancer males bur what can I do. Many of them give cancerian guys a bad name so all I can do is but agree with many people on the cancerian traits. I consider myself more of a leo than a cancer. Sometimes my lady friends who are into the astological beliefs say I sometimes act more like a sagittarius. But what do I know right?

So the cancerian guys that you hear all the girls bash on make cancerian males like myself work harder to prove that we're not all the same or as bad as people make us out to be!

So i told this guy that I liked him a lot and he smiled, very shyly. i told him that i'd like to spend more time with him and he said he did too, smiling the whole time. We didn't make any plans but I feel good about that, I want to take it slow, I don't wanna scare him. From what I've heard these guys move slow.

Little concerned about what y'all have said about these guys being players. I only met my guy a few months ago but haven't heard about him with any other women. His friend once referenced a girl he was with a few years back, but other than that, nothing.
Actually, come to think of it I have a male cancer friend who has a new girlfriend every week but that friend and this guy are worlds apart. Totally different people. Maybe it's more of a personality thing than a sign thing.
I was more looking for tips of how to talk to him, let him know I'm interested...
