Broken trust

If you are hurt and somebody broke your trust, is there a way win it back?

if you able to forgive and ACCEPT the past
then there will be a brand new day

The situation is like - i hurt somebody. I broke his trust. He said, he has feelings for me (even though he is not sure if this is love however i am important for him) but it would be better to be distant from each other.
I am wondering if time may help him to let his hurt feelings go and move on?

as jenlove said even if we are back..not a 100% . and theres no point being with us if i cant give u my 100% of love or friendship or whatever you are looking for.

personally this happened with me and a saggi girl and i havent talked to her for months now...poor woman keeps on messaging from time to time trying to get to know whats going on in my life....she still dosent get the hint! :/

I agree with @krebbsmann, even if we are back it is not 100% .

My ex keeps messaging me from time to time. Yesterday, knowing that I was working, he messages me to ask what I am doing. There is no chance in hell I'd ever consider him again. I felt like that the day of and the day after our fight, and I still feel like that 1.5 years later. I am not mean about it, I will reply hello back but I don't continue any conversation nor do I seek him.

As a Cancer I can forgive and move on, but it's not likely for me to trust that person. So a friendship or relationship is out. I won't hate you, but your not gonna expect for things to back the way they were.

My question is because i broke his trust with doing nothing. He heard something (never explained what exactly he just said "I got confirmed information") and he decided not to believe me what i am saying.

It's weird bcs, he said, he has feelings for me, he cares for me, I'm important for him BUT he doesn't trust so he can't be with me. I'm an Aries, for me it's pretty tough to understand, however I decided to accept his decision. Even though I'm still in love with him.
