In his last email, he asked if I wanna fall in love...& if I wanna get married— He gave me his mobile#, but I never call him since I don't like to talk to a stranger on the phone.

Is this normal action for a Cancer guy to ask such questions... BEFORE we meet in person—

All Cancer guys want to get married... BEFORE they even start a REAL relationship—

Cancer guys are always that sweet—

In my minimal experience with a Cancer man.. they really know how to charm you.. they are the true panty droppers. lol My Cancer man told me within the first week, that we should hurry up and meet so we could go on vacation soon.. and called me his girl on the first date, etc... I don't think they realize how powerful their charm can be, especially to a vulnerable female. I'm in the "friend zone" with my Cancer man now.. just cuz I fell too fast, but I think it's because he's trying to decide what he really wants. I'm just trying to go with the flow for now.

Not normal! A well adjusted man who wants to pursue a woman will take you out and ask you questions over dinner or after. Not play 20 questions over an email. Now the fact that it's long distance would make it more understandable.

Follow your instincts on this one. Pay attention to that Venus in Gemini, it means he's all talk in the romance department. Not necessarily a doer. He also may be fishing for answers as a reason to proceed with you out or not. Tell him when you guys set a date and actually see each other you will answer his questions. Then sit back and see if he follows through with setting a date. Then see if he actually keeps the date.

Why do you want him as a brother? If you only like him as a brother don't entertain him nor lead him on to think he has a chance to go further.

To be honest, I don't like Gemini Venus......very unstable kind...... 😢
I asked him to be my brother.....just don't want to rush.....he still have a chance to win my heart if he really wants.
And I think his acting is more like his Arise Rising than other signs...
However, I won't take him seriously until we meet in person someday.

This really doesn't make scence. He has the moon in Capricorn that should make him very timid and shy. My best friend sun cancer/cappi moon turned red when i first talked to him.

3000 miles apart? Is this one of those immigration type settings? Find a mail order bride/husband ... here I would see my friend do something like that. Anything pertaining to job or career or money he is a courageous as Taurus or Aires.

But then again the world has changed. Maybe this guy is right to the point, no waiting time.
