Cancer man Scorpio woman

So here is a refresher. My cancer man and I met in high school. Had a small thing but hadn't connected until recently. It's been 8 years and about two months ago we reconnected, would text and call each other. We went out on our first date and talked about our past relationships and he explained that his last relationship ended two years ago and it lasted for 3 years but the girl cheated on him. After the date we would call and text but not as much as before. I'm attending school about 4 hours from our home town and he came down a few weeks ago for a meeting but stayed the night with me one night. Nothing happened though. When he left my house he called me and we talked for a while on the phone and I haven't heard from him since.

About two weekends ago he went to a concert that his girl friend got him tickets for for Valentine's Day. I wasn't upset at first because the day he got them he called me and told me she got them for him and it was just a friendly thing. The night of the concert he posted videos with them showing a little more affection than I'd think "friends" should be showing so I asked him why hadn't he just told me he had a girlfriend. After that I had stopped answering his calls and texts so he started posting sibliminal messages to me about how I'm not answering him but can watch his videos and how he feels about me. He texted me again yesterday wanting to go see a movie and I agreed but when he texted me again about it I had fell asleep so we didn't end up going to see it. He texted me trying to reassure me he didn't have a girlfriend and I just let it go. Haven't heard from him since. As a Scorpio we automatically jump to conclusions so I've tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but I'm not quite sure what's going on with him.

Anyone have an idea on what he's doing?
