Whatever, I have been close with all 11 signs besides mine in my life, and let me tell you that the Cancer/Scorpio relationship is one of the most intense, powerful, and loving of any zodiak pairing. With Scorpio, you find the one who can reciprocate all your passions, love you 150% of the time with 150% of their hearts (the way you Cancers love), and still have a good time and the more Cancer/Scorpio grows with each other, the more they bond, and the more in love with each other they become. The Scorpio brings the Cancer out of his shell, gives the cancer all the loving and nurturing he deserves, and the Cancer shows Scorpio how much love she's got for Scorpio. I am a cancer and have been married to a scorpio for almost 30 years and I have found over the years they are so stuck in their ways that they do not like change at all. They become moody and selfish too a certain degree. In the bedroom he used to be fantastic then when ever I would want to try something different he always thought I had a motive or heard of thru another. he never realized i was just bored ...and once when i did tell him i was bored he thought that i did not love him. scorpios are very controlling, possessive and believe me when the lust is gone, the love is too.

Yes I agree with you We Cancers can be possessive... But with me I was possessive in the early years... and it is like I have grown up or grew out of that emotion... I no longer am possessive it is like a complete turn a round... I used to be and he was not I no longer am and he is... Hard too figure. I think people in general as they grow, they change, I have always thought that possessiveness was a sign of imaturity and I still do...

To add to this post that I wrote a million years ago, I have to physically stay away from my cancer ex-boyfriends because whenever we look at each other, there is this tangible, hot, steamy, lusty feeling that comes over us, and we both feel it...it's what made breaking up with them so hard. In fact I just had another one of these "looks across the room" things with this cancer I met, come to find out later he's married. The chemistry is great, but dangerous...

Even though I am Aqua...I find Cancer men to have a tangible aura! Oh, yeah...I'm scared!

Thank you for the compliments about scorps Aprilbaby. Don't be too soured on Cancers though, because believe me, I have had my share of problems with them as well, more from the standpoint of two moody signs whose moods don't always coincide. They do have a tendency to "mother" you; a tendency which often comes out as possessiveness over you. You can only deal with Cancers if you realize that everything with them is about emotions, even if they don't say that. You have to be a highly perceptive person when it comes to their moods, if you're not, you will be confused as to why they are acting the way they are toward you. I think that the reason my relationships with cancer guys didn't work out (I think I dated around 3 or 4 of them all within a couple years) is because I was much younger at the time, and back then, I had no concept of what I really wanted in a partner. I thought I didn't want a sweet, sensitive type who was attuned to the emotional side of everything. Well, at this point in my life, I want that very much. Don't get me wrong, the guy has to be pretty masculine or whatever, but I am very much in need of someone who *feels* their way through life rather than *acts* their way through (Taurus, Leo...no offense to these signs). I've never minded their (cancers) possessiveness, because I am that way also. The only part that bothered me was their tendency to be whiny and not stand up to other people enough. And their tendency to withdraw from an argument. I just want to have the fight and be done with it, while they would rather sulk. lol. But, I understand that side of them.

I would bet that your cancer friends actually did appreciate you and love you, but cancers have a hard time expressing their emotions. They are there, though. Cancer men are especially difficult to read, though it's usually obvious if they are upset about something.

From what you've described, you are better off then, without those particular cancers in your life! Wow...yeah I would say they weren't very good friends if that's the way they treated you. I hope you meet some nice ones. They're out there. Cancer can be a difficult sign though, for sure. It's hard to know where you stand exactly, emotionally with them.

You don't sound bitter, just like you've been burned a little. It's understandable...I have felt that way about Leos off and on through bad experiences with them. I just have to keep telling myself that there are bad sides to everyone, regardless of sign. I can understand your frustration though, for sure.
