My crab and I are not currently involved romantically. We were at one point over the last 2 years. (He's in his middle 50??s). Are friends and involved in a business project together, but do not work together. I sent him an e-mail last night that was more —spiritually and philosophically oriented.?? He responded in approximately 30 minutes to it (rather quickly) and WHOA??_I just don't know what to think about it. He had sent me an e-mail a few hours earlier that was quite, clear and concise. The 2nd e-mail, while at first glance appeared to be a bit insightful and poetic??_the more I went back and read it, I had to say —WTF is he saying—

It was fragmented, in a different writing script than I??ve ever seen him use. It didn't really flow. Some nice thoughts were there. I didn't attack him or anything of the sort in my e-mail. And I left my e-mail to where no response was expected, or required.

However, what I believe I did do was hit a couple of —crab nerves.?? I struck a few chords about him and his life. I think that I triggered something, in truth, about his current reality and how he is handling a few things/situations. In fact, I feel that he now knows that I can see him and understand him, much better than he ever thought I could, or did.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what they think, or feel, might have happened on the crab??s part, or share any similar experiences?
