It was probably part of his plan to get both of u involved in the drinking game for him to loosen up so that he'd get the courage to initiate attractive conversation with u and also for it to break ur wall. I suppose it might be ur Aquarius sun that might have interfered myb, thats why u cudn't pick'up all the signals, so he had to initiate the kiss which then caught u off guard then he figured that out and decided to give another short which now again u didn't get it.....😢
