I'm an Aquarius girl and as the matter of fact I need my freedom and space. I love my cancer man but he becomes too clingy lately. He wants to meet me everyday after work then spend the night at my place. I enjoy spending time with him but this is just too much. i feel suffocate. Last time I told him I can't meet him 1 night(out of 7) because I needed to do homework. He got all sad and stay silence for a week. I explained to him that I need my private time but he refuse to accept that reason. How can I tell him in a nice way that would not make him feel rejected?

Cancer will become really attached to the person they're with and won't let go of you, unless you make it clear that you need the space for the things that you need to do they will become suspicious of other things. It's a tough situation to go thru sometimes, as an Aquarius and being with a cancer female for three years it's a constant battle since we always looking for space, a good tip for a long and lasting relationship is that you must put the cards over the table and let him know your needs from the very beginning so there's isn't any misunderstanding, it's a hard and weird combination but if communication it's there, believe me it will work.

He probably thinks you trying to leave him or seeing someone else. His so call clingy behavior is an action that clearly says he loves you alot. Try this, instead of telling him you need space, tell him why you need space or what you gotta get done. Im sure he'll respect you for telling him up front. Just say "hey I gotta get such & such done. When I get done, ill call you" im sure he'll appreciate your honesty instead of just saying you need space. He probably thinks he did something wrong when you tell him stuff like that.

aww that is very good.My husband sounds like this. 😆 Except i don't ever leave his side EVER!!

except when he has to go to work of course. and when i have to go to the supermarket, get necessities. 😆

we joke to eachother that we need to MERGE so that i can always be with him. 😆 And he can be with me. He honestly does NOT object to that.

Although, he jokes again, "but....if you merge with me, i'll get LOST! I'll get your lost genes."

lmao 😆

How do you know he "clearly loves her a lot"? He might or might not.
Clingy often means....insecure. "Clingy" is not a good look for a bloke.

For a person who doesn't even believe in astrology, why do you persist with your comments.

You make all Cancer men sound like little boys who need their hand held.....

@xmoonman you need to chill out. This the second time you saying mean crap to me. What is your problem? I don't see you offering any kind words at all when people ask for help. You need to leave me alone. I think I gave some good words to her. So you don't got nothing nice to say to me or on here, then keep your miyth shut. This the last time imma say that.
