How strong are these words for you? Would you say it first? If so, what would determine you to say it? If you say it and you don't get back the "I love you" what happens to you? What does mean when you say to somebody "there are days when I just care about you and days when I love you"? What about "I love you when I am not with you but I love you even more when I am with you". Do you get shy when someone asks you to tell them that you love them? Would a cancerian say "it sounds so weird" about/after saying "i love you"?

If it was forced and/or I didn't really mean it, then yes, I would say that it sounds weird. I think most Cancers don't like being forced into doing things, and love is definitely one of those things.

Be extra nice and ask to see him more. Act like a love bird but don't talk about it until he does. Make him want to tell you again but next time, don't tell him his feelings are stupid.
