We dated 20 years ago and we reconnected in July 2010. We've been communicating via text/phone because of the distance. He's 2 hours away in Apple Valley and I'm in Los Angeles. It's approx. a 2 hour drive one way. We didn't actually see each other until the end of September. Sparks flew of course and we fell in love again. We've only seen each other 6 times in 6 months. Most of our communication has been through text. We were intimate once and since then he's become aloof and a little distant. I expressed my concerns to him and he assured me everything is good. My text are either unanswered of answered late when he used to respond quickly. Christmas eve he text me telling me he loves me more than I will ever know and that we'll see each other this week. I haven't heard from him. My question is why does he say he loves me, etc but act so distant a day later. I don't get it. I'm a leo by the way.
