Inappropriate/Primal Rage

...do you struggle with this?
Do you fear your own anger or what you do with that rage to another person?

How do you cope?

Ahh, the anger thing...

Honestly, I hate being angry, and I try not to get angry. It actually takes a long ass time before I even get angry in the first place. When I do get angry, I usually shove it in a pot and put a lid on it. Mostly because I don't want people to see me angry and because I'm not sure if I can control my anger in the first place.

In short; I just don't let it out at all unless it gets too much.

I have to leave the room or I will kill somebody.
Yes leave the room and find something else to do, works wonders; believe me. 😉

Tried that, didn't really work. I get sucked in if it gets out.

The funny thing is I realized I had this very bad rage ONLY when dating one of my exes. I would get very very Irate.....
My insides would Literally burn, and I would yell and scream and Ugh it was JUST a mess!

But since then I havent gotten that angry...Guess it was a toxicv relationship.

Exactly. Especially now that I found July 9th people are loose killing cannons. LOL!!!
