Venus Cancer man says we have a connection

Hi, I was textn my guy friend and said(since we hardly see each other)"We have never been close friends" and he said "Yes, but the connection has always been there for sure." what type of connection did he mean? How do you purse a possible love interest? Do you take 1 step forward, 2 steps back, 1 step sideways, etc...? I have a Virgo friend with this placement and seems like this may be the "dance" until I guess they decide they can trust you and then a relationship can ensue— How long can this go on for, is more then 2 years normal? It can go on forever. Virgo/Crab tends to do this. You need to be more forward. you don't take any step sideways....or wait it out..you got to be bold.

as for how long you should wait... well I guess that is a personal choice... don't you think?

There is people that have no sense of time, and wait as long as they feel like they are ready to give up... some people are like fuck them aint wait on no one... not even for a minute..

2 years or means he would marry you. Don't have enuff information to answer all the way but looks like he wants you. If 2 years and going he probably ready to go straight forward but they can go on forever and ever. They key is to catch him while they are serious and chasing you. But it all depends on how good the communication is. That's the hardest part te rest is Gucci

Well apart from having a fucking crab Venus I'm also a Gem Sun and Scorp Moon and really mostly water, so I don't really know about him, but for me that would definitely be more than "just friends". And why would he cry? He would if you turned him down or well hurt him in any way. Crabs are crybabies, remember? 😉 Rivers have been known to spring into existence if I really love you. 😉

Yes, you are quite "watery"but Scorp Moon is very sexy placement. My friend has Sag Moon, so I dunno about the crying part, but he has def given me a looong silent treatment for taking a joke I made out of context. There is no doubt in my mind I have hurt him (unintentionally) throughout the years, and he has hurt me too. Just a lot of misunderstanding, but at the same time I have this amazing mental/emotional connection with him (I'm Cancer, Sag Moon, Gem Mars). But maybe we are too alike, or he is scared of getting hurt...Recently he text me while awaiting takeoff that he was leaving for business and talk in a month, so I dunno what that was about. Maybe that means nothing, and he is just being considerate? What do you think TokerX?

Yes, if he thinks you're not interested back.
But even then I know four guys (A gemini, 2 cancers, and a leo) with Cancer venus and they all are VERY shy. They're very quiet and sensitive around the girl they're interested in but when the girl makes a move they're open. I danced with one earlier this year myself. They can silently be interested for a LONG time.
