waxing lyrical about Cancer men

even though my first experience with a Cancer guy in a romantic sense has been a bit rollercoastery, it wasn't till last night that it dawned on me they have everything i've listed off to friends i'd like in a guy...only i didn't really notice that. i was probably conscious of it, but not fully aware.

i love how you guys can seem the epitome of tough and brooding...then come forth with the utmost romantic sentiments, ever. i love the out-of-the-blueness of it, too. and how you can be so thoughtful. and protective, this overwhelming masculine presence that just IS. as in, you can't explain it in so many words, but you feel it.

i love how you listen so intently, even to the most phatic of utterances. you can make a girl feel like she's over the hills and far away, chasing clouds, headbutting stars...it's definitely an intriguing place to be in. me likey 🙂
