Whaaaatttsss?

Ok so, I know how to deal with my craziness...but a cancer guy?

I have this guy for a class and he got my number accidently ( I made it clear I had a bf then) and since I had written it in pencil I erased it, and after some time I noticed he had written it again and was trying to hide it and I made it clear, once again, that he needed to erase it.
Time goes on, we had lunch in between friends one day, ended up sitting next to eachother at a comp lab (saw him starring at me from side vision) he added me on facebook right away, blah blah.
So last class we were talking about clubbing blah blah, I dont like to much, and he seems pretty conservative but I'm sure would still be down.
So today, I called him out of the blue and he was flirty, I asked him if he had anything to do, he thought I was talking about right then and there and was very exicted (sounded like) I said I would have invited him for dinner at my house but my parental units run the house with stern miliatry rule (im only 19 lol) he jokes and says it was alright, that it wasnt appropriate for the first date to go to the girls house blah blah. Said he figure out what his friend was doing because my friend was also coming over, I'm sure if it was only me we would have had some concrete plans.
He finally texted me like 20 mins later (even though he asked for an hr) and said he couldnt find any goods, and I responded, flirtingly, that it was no biggy, and that there was many other things to do, and that it was up to him. And I get the driest texts for like three consecutive questions until I finally dried mine up and THEN he text with more than three words, and even called to answer one of my texts.

Whatcha think cancers? Like I said, I'm a cancer but I only can understand to a certain extent lol.

Ok I'm a little lost; first it sounds like you weren't attracted this guy and later in your post it seems you like him. Throwing me off a little to give any solid advice there.

And are your parents in the military; if so what branch?

Well...in the beginning I had a boyfriend, so I'm not just going to jump on something. Either way I ended up seeing this guy yesterday and hanging out with his 2 guy friends and my best friend. He barely payed me attention, was very aloof and just kept using his phone. Classic cancer though went to the convience store and before he did anything he asked if anyone wanted something. I do however see, we once had to group up since his partner wasnt there and he worked with me and my lab partner taurus, and she said she liked clubbing and he was all "ohhh if I would have seen you there I would have been like TAURUS!" but seriously...I'm having a hard time figuring out how she would be his type. He DID facebook me with a song since I said I liked sharing music, and then asked me for her name to find her, thing is he has yet to look her up and add her, but I'm sure that would be like a cancer thing to do, to thread water, and then yesterday he also asked me if she was up to anything so...:/
I had to leave also early because my aqua best friend was feeling "enclosed" and the guys were just ignoring us (partly, but they were very much reserved, not in such a bad way) and so he walked us out, but went to his car to get his sweater, asked what we were going to do now that we were leaving, but I said she was just feeling sick and that was it. No text saying anything, and I seriously doubt there will be more asking to go outs, not from my part or his part. He was completely aloof, distant, COMPLETELY fine on the phone and text (somewhat) and everywhere else. In class he is aloof too, except to his lab partners.

So, I'm guessing I should just move along haha..

Its mostly my stepfather who THINKS he served lol.

Ah I see; so that's the case. Yeah I say just forget about the guy. If he was genuinely into you, he wouldn't be acting such like an idiot and spacing out whenever he's around you. And your father thinks he served? How exactly is it a matter of thinking?

Eh I am!? Great now I feel like an idiot...but yess forget, forget, forget. Plus doing that helps pass the time haha :p

Very true, this is a magical website lol. Although, I would have liked more comments on my little situation :/ Cancers seem to be the slowest! 😢

LOL; it's not necessariliy the fact that we're slow. It's just the fact that we're usually busy lol. But I'm at work with nothing to do except wait on pilots to be caught or launched haha. And being that it's hot as heck down here in Louisiana, I don't really feel like going outside so much.
