Why people say pisces and cancer is a good match ?

My elder pisces brother,thinking to lead a happy homely life,married a cancer.while my brother is all about independence,working on internet,travelling,reading books,doing other stuffs in leisure but her cancer is all about worrying on insecurities.

She is always complaining about my brother.pisces cannot give as much attention as cancer like. May be this match is good in friendship but in relationship,never .

People say that because they believe similar elements go best together....this isn't true. Naturally there are cases where the match works - but in general the same element isn't a good match. water and earth go well together and fire and air go well together. The same element together would come after these pairings.

The problem is two people of the same element will be too much of that element. For water signs for example the problem is too much emotion - but they also handle their emotions differently and therefore can't necessarily understand one another.

The same element means similar qualities - but not the same temperament in expressing those qualities.

I am a Pisces dating a Cancer
They do require tons of attention, it is true.
But we communicate quite well, as he is more practical and I am more dreamy, plus he is so terrenal he is helping me organize my finance and schedule, and he is in all details where I get lost in details and tend to be disorganized.
We are much alike in the sense we are good listeners and we are emotional though he doesnt show it so much.

It is a matter of personalities, but yes, the insecurities and worrying of Cancer sometimes deplete Pisces' energies.
But I believe there is a point where they can trust and be at ease, though Ive been told it takes years to reach.

i think two waters would need to first be friends... to understand & respect each others weaknesses u must truly care about one another on more than a physical level

angel is right waters def do not have "the same temperament in expressing those qualities" but we understand the depth of each others emotions.

I do not know any pisces female. Its weird because i am cancer. I have three pisces guy friends. I wish i meet one. I have seen celebrities celina jetley and lily,they are very beautiful .

The Crab will be moved by the Fish for being able to see through its exterior to the guarded heart. This is one union that could work IF the Crab decides to ground them both because you'd be sure Pisces is half in dreamland.



Yes I agree crabs do the grounding.
My crab has told me he has a wall around his heart

Pisces is perfectly balanced when they are not addicted to something or having their attention distracted elsewhere.

FC - This is perfectly true!!!! Balance is huge for the fish. I can speak for myself but even relationships can even have an addiction quality in it. This is so true about not being distracted as well. It is the hardest quality, when we love, we don't test the waters we dive right in. This has been a challenge for part of my life, but I am learning and getting better at it.

Hey you, long time!!!! Whats up!
Yes I survived yet another month with the crabman haha!
Im putting effort and PATIENCE here.
Basically things started improving when I realized that if I kept pushing him to open up, to fall deeper bla bla , he wouldnt do it and worse, he would resent it. So I let him be.
I now basically changed my attitude, I show him a lot of affection and all, but he is not the center of my life.
I dont demand anything, because he likes things his way he is stubborn!
I have alot more to tell you but basically yes things have improved a lot
BABY STEPS let me tell you but steps otherwise.

I'm a Cancer female, and I do not really care for Pisces or Scorpio when it comes to relationships, or really even as friends. I have a lot of Libra in my chart, I guess I like the easy breezy types and the down to earth types. My 2 besties are Virgo and Taurus, they have thier own baggage, but at least its not a emotional rollercoaster. I personally think Pisces and Cancer are the worst match, they would just just be a real drag.

Well being water signs there definitely is a sense of harmony, where their perspectives are somewhat similar. Their emotional needs and responses are also somewhat similar, but these two just like any two other signs or people will have their differences.

Cancer is certainly more material than Pisces meanwhile Pisces is definitely more scattered than Cancer. Both are capable of deep emotional responses but what evokes such responses in each other may be different. Pisces often tend to give cold shoulders just to cover up their deeper emotional attachment, and this doesnt sit too well with Cancer since for the crabs there is no holding back or hiding with their near and dear ones.

Furthermore Pisces are on average more capable of unconditional love than Cancers which can make the "fish see red". Pisces version of reality may sometimes save them the trouble of dealing with inconvenient truths but these tendencies of theirs often leaves the Cancers involved with them alone to fight the battles.

Ok. I admit. I am wrong. Cancer is top sign. Pisces is below groud.
