Why would he have his friends keep texting me?

I thought this question would be better here since I got insulted on the astrology page...

Me and this cancer guy had only a texting thing going on and we were supposed to meet up but he disappeared. Ever since he disappeared, I've been getting random texts and calls from google voice lines. I know how to tell. During a conversation from this random guy's call, the cancer guy accidently said something which gave the whole thing away. I just got another text from his friend just five minutes ago! What the hell is this about?

Ps- I got two more texts just now from that random guy, and another one from a strange number I've never seen both back to back. It's very odd.

Yeah...thought this too.

I've made it easy for him though because I made it clear that I liked him but also made it clear that there is no pressure because I'm going through things that would make it hard for me to have a serious relationship with someone. It's also odd because he's not the shy type. He's kind of a "bad boy" and I won't say how I got introduced to him because it's kind of under controversial circumstances. So him under normal circumstances he puts it all out there but now with me he's having to use his friends to find out info?

As I said on the other thread. It sounds very immature to me. I wouldn't play this game. Draw you boundaries. I wouldn't even respond. I'm a grown up, I don't play teenage games.
