attracted to a cap guy - advice please!!

Hi there,

I am a Taurus sun, Virgo moon, Libra asc, Aries venus, Aquarius mars...I just met a Capricorn and have a very strong attraction to him. Other factors (real life) tell me that don?t go deeper but I just cannot help it!! He is out of a serous long-term relationship 5 mo ago and I also has been divorced and being single about a year...He says we are not ready for a serious relationship (which I agree) and I can see he is trying to pace things out (we see each other only once a week - which drives me crazy!) I know there is chemistry and both are attracted to one another - but being Aries venus, it is sooo tough! He tells me that I should keep dating, which confuse me. I checked his other signs and they are: Libra moon, Aquarius venus & mars. Should I just be patient and give him some time and space? Would it be better later on?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Peach...I know what you're going through. I just posted my dilemma a couple of days ago. It sounds like your cap is just like mine and he had just gotten out of a serious relationship five months ago as did I. The fact that he's being up front with you is a very good thing. Caps usually are very honest. It drives me crazy not seeing mine all of the time too, however...as I keep hearing caps are slow about relationships. They have to feel you out first. I'm so impatient and it sounds like you are too. Totally feel you on that, but evidently to keep him you have to let him go a little too. Basically have your own life. My cap has an Aquarius venus as well, which means they are even more independent and need space. Aquarians tend to like women who aren't always available. That's just everything I've gathered and what has happened to me. I wouldn't go as far as to play games, but definetely give him the space that he needs and don't be needy. Let him come to you every now and then. He could be the more logical if you think about it because us women mostly think with our emotions. He's thinking that if you guys rush it, it could crash and burn. God I should listen to myself every now and then. hahah. Anyway...if he keeps it up for too long then I would definetely lay your cards out for him and walk away. Hope it helps. 🙂

He did tell me to have my own life, just like you advised. I do have a busy life (career & other social activities) but sometimes I simply want to hear from him more often or get a hold of him when I want to see him?I know I am being a bit needy?luckily I haven?t taken action like I feel or think 😉 since from the beginning I instinctively knew he?d need time. But when he told me that I should be meeting and dating other guys still, it is confusing to me?.I told him it made me think that he were not interested?he said just coffee dates ? later on when things get serious we will not look for other people any more?he says he is not dating anyone right now?it sounds like to me he is trying not to have all of my attention?any comment?

Oh my...how it sounds like my situation. The only other added thing with us is that he's my brother's good friend. So there are obstacles. You and I are both probably so confused by our caps, but the advice that I've received from others is that they need their alone time and sometimes that means not contacting us. I hate that. Like I text mine on Saturday and he still hasn't contacted me. It's strange. And you never know if they are mad or if they're done. See I'm a gemini...so analyzing everything is my forte. It does get me into trouble though. To me it sounds like he may be too afraid to fully get into a relationship with you right now and so he's taking his time. To him that seems logical and he can handle it...for us it makes us want to rip our hair out. My heart goes out to you.

I have been "seeing or not seeing" my cappy since Jan. and boy what a roller coaster ride it has been! What i am finding is that he is wishy-washy. It may be his age (20 yrs) But you know these caps act older than their age. Anyhoo get ready for some very emotional times. Its not easy being patient. The last time I talked to my baby/capy was may 14th. He has not called me and i have not called him and trust me this is the hardest thing I have ever done! i ahve done this once before for 2 weeks I folded and called. But this time ladies Im not calling. I have to know for myself that he wants me (mine is stubborn)! Im not sure what it is about this man but I can not get him off my mind hes always in my heart. I think im so attracted to him because he is so mysterious and he wont let me have what I want! (sick I know... but it is a challenge) See what I have read about capricorns is they like self control and they like to be in control! I like this becuase I have no self control and but yet I have always been in control "of everything" ! Anyhoo its been 10 days since we have last talked and I am dieing! Although my capricorn has NEVER told me to date anyone else and when I aksed how he would feel about it he said he would not like it at all! I was like its a good thing hes not hear, it means hes not out "looking" for girls (we all know that clubs are meat markets for men) I was so happy and content with those thoughts!

Peach that little dating paragraph really helped me. It's so true. Caps are extremely into self control. He controls himself around me so well. When it's the end of the night and we kiss, he gives me a sweet little kiss and the most warming hug and says, goodnight. The most recent time that we kissed really passionatly he was very turned on and I know he was wanting to go further and then he all of a sudden stops himself and says, "I have to go. I have work tomorrow and I have to go. So good night." I was like...WHA? Leave me panting why don't you! Well I talked to him last night because one of my friends has some contacts for him with the career that he's looking into. He finally called me after three days and says, "thank you very much for that. I've felt wierd all day. I went to the river and I'm on my way back, but I've felt funny all day." I told him that maybe he was tired and had a rough weekend of partying. He said, "yeah that could be it...I just don't know what it is. I feel like not myself." And then he said his phone was going to cut out near his house and it did. I called him back and he did sound unlike himself. I have several cap gf (I do get along well with them) and I can observe some common traits between genders. It did took sometime to really get closer to them, I remember. Esp one of them is just like what we are seeing from our cap guys. Aloof, cold & distant at first, kind of harsh words at first?then as I got to know her more and more, I am finding that she is a sweet, caring, reliable, fun and nice person! So if Cap does take time to open up, again they key word is *patience*?they say when you open yourself up, they open up too. It was true for my cap gf. Will see if this works for my Mr. cool. So far, if I don?t call him for a while, he calls me and tells me that he was thinking of me. I can say I definitely have the influence ? talking about indecisiveness😉 And no wonder I am so attracted to this cap. Last time I had a butterfly that is a guy with Pieces sun and again Libra moon? The only thing that wasn't so hot was our moons. His is an aries and mine is cancer, which means he might upset me too easily, but I have two aries parents. I think I can handle some snappiness. haha.

I believe ascendant and rising are the same; rising is another way of calling ascendant sign.

I am not a pro so I cannot say much on your charts, but yours shows that you have a lot of Virgo and Cancer which are good with his Sun. I have read articles talking about cross comparison Sun/Asc, Sun/Moon, Sun/Venus, etc are important as well. And it goes both ways ? from yours to his and his to yours. For ex, your sun (Gemini) - his venus (Aquaries), and his sun (Cap) ? your mars (Virgo). It takes a lot of knowledge to analyze a chart and I don?t want to give you a wrong info so I will not go further, but I believe love can make anything possible!

Awwww thanks. I think so too. Yeah I was looking at ours and it seemed pretty good. If I hang out with him this weekend and we start talking again I think I may tell him how I feel about him not calling though. That really bugs me. My brother shouldn't be an obstacle for us. We like eachother and he's one of those caps that runs forward and then you do too and then he runs back five steps. Know what I mean? He's scaring himself. Atleast that's what I see. I know what you talking about going forward and run back five steps😉 My cap and I planned on meeting on Wed, which didn't happen since he had to work (and I completely understand it) then he said he'd call me to let me know about today (Friday) but he hasn't called me. So I scheduled another date...at this point, I am trying not to be too focused on him since he seems to need a lot of space and trying to think that if we meant to be together we will, if not, we won't....it is hard though since I know it is not often that I meet someone that I get so attracted to. But he has his own stuff to work on, and I cannot rush him to do things. And I cannot put all my eggs in one basket.

Anyways, I do wish things will work out with you and your cap...it doesn't seem cappies not calling is an unusual thing. But I have noticed with my cap that he is open to talk about things and it seems like non-emotional talk is better.
