So my Cap has a daughter, shes sweet and funny and a total daddys girl. Problem is theres no custody papers, well 2 years ago his Ex "Pisces" took his daughter "Cancer" far away in the same state though, and told him he would never see her again.. And it bugs him more than anything... It was bad enough that she left my cap 2 years ago for a child rapist.. and i say rapist as in this guy is a registered sex offender and in the pubic court docs shows that his "dna" was inside a 2 y/o boys bottom,a 5 y/o girl and 6 y/o girl. So, we just found them after all this time. Now the messed up part. Is that DFS and the police wont take his daughter out of the home because the mother consents to the child being in a house with a pedophile. So since theres no custody its not illegal to just go and take her, since theres a paternity test saying shes my mans, and a birth certificate with his name on it. Sooooo i help him out and ay for half the trip, 4 1/2 hours away to go get her.. Than we cant find her address, we did beenverified and people search, all out dated info, checked the registered sex offender list,and he failed to update his info,.. The probation officer cant violate him because he changed his address after i made a call to the police. So thats a loss. So we said SCREW IT! And me being the smart woman i am, went online found custody papers to type up,printed them out,attatched the exhibits to his statement and witnesses of her family and his and had him notarize them and file them. His ex's own FAMILY stated that this guy is the only one "allowed" to give her a bath!.. and that he beats her with spatulas, and have pictures of it. So we call Child Protection Services hotline and report it, and they said they couldnt look under her clothes unless the mom consented to it, ugh..dead end. So we came back home and waited to see if she responded to the court papers, as the response form is in the paperwork. She hasnt yet, shes got 30 days and its been 20 days. INSTEAD, she files a rstraining order on my man with his daughter stating he has stalked them last week at their house and wants custody. That was her way of responding!.. WTF? #1 She said he stalks her at her house, than #2 Put down "I dont want to disclose my address because i dont want him knowing where i live" If he stalks you at your house, dont he know where you live?
