Do Capricorn men love to sleep around?

I really don't want to come off as being judgmental...But...every Capricorn man I have known (father, other family members, friends, boyfriends) all have several love interests in their lives. (Some of the women they are married to/date know about one another and just tolerate it while some of their women are clueless because they are head over heels in love with their Cap.)The Caps I know usually have one or two "main" women, but they also have women on the side for "fun" they tell me. I just shake my head at them because they are all over 30 so I don't understand why they play these games. So, my question is- is being a womanizer a common trait for Cap men or are they just being stereotypical players? Your thoughts.

Glad to see it's not just the Caps I know. Lol. I haven't met a Cap man who didn't sleep around. I really enjoy dating them so it would be nice to meet one who seems genuinely ready to date just one person. We shall see. :o)

The cap I know has had some women issues and he doesn't seem the type to lay down some kind of commitment that easily. I'm also confused as to why so many caps seem to have these issues, yet are known as the very faithful and what not. Not saying that all caps are like this, but many that we hear about seem to have this issue...

On the low yes yes yes he will, a faithful cap is a fiercely loyal lover/husband, timing and maturity plays a significant part in his level of devotion to his partner....

im not like that one bit. one girl is all i need. if i am with a woman then shes my focus...but i do have many female friends so...might have to get use to me talking to them alot haha.

Hmmm. Haven't known many in my life but the ones i know do.

My high school friend had a gf he "technically" stayed faithful to. He never had actual sex with anyone but he would flirt horribly and touch inappropriately. I would know. I was one of the girls he tried to keep on the side.

Another friend of mine is married but they kinda swing so it's mutual. She's a sag so it works. He's actually very devoted and faithful but won't do anything without her directly involved and present. By devoted and faithful I mean what they as a couple define it to mean for them.

Yet another friend of mine I don't know enough about yet to draw that conclusion. I do know that he likes to get some action like most mammals but i've never seen him attached to anyone. He's definitely no player though.

I disagree that most men cheat. There isn't an insanely huge amount of men that do actually cheat, compared to what we are all led to believe. However, men of all types do cheat. And we use things like psychology because a huge part of psychology is understanding actions and the behavior associated with those reactions (and much more, sorry I'm a psychology major).

As for Caps themselves, the reason why we ask these things is because there seems to be a trend involved with this sign that doesn't come out too often other signs. NOT saying that this is the only sign that does that. But it just seems to be a question that comes up when talking about caps in general. We're all curious to understand why a lot of us see this if it's not true.

I wish I could be so positive and less pessimistic about men not cheating. But think about being with a man for at least 5 yrs. He is gonna lust for another woman, in some form or not.

But either you will experience that dose of reality by just maturing a bit or one day the man that you completely trust, love, and give your all to and take their word for it is gonna wake you up with a big dose of cheating ways.

Plus there are many ways for a man to cheat other than physical. The physical is just what hurts the most.

Its kind of incredulously to me that you think most men don't cheat. Think about it. Some of the guys that you may talk to and disappear, they don't disappear to be lonely. Men rarely are dealing with one woman at a time. They NEVER put all their eggs in one basket. When he disappears he is just going on to his "best" eggs persay.

Trust me girl. All men don't cheat but most do. You will learn anyways.

That's what I meant to do. I don't believe that all men cheat and I also don't believe that there is a specific type of man that does cheat. I was just responding to ladylibra's post where she said that all men cheat.

Strangely enough, I've never actually been cheated on, so I never feel pessimistic about men not cheating. I just feel pessimistic about men being able to man up and be honest.

@ Candeh. Honesty is correlated with cheating.....I just think most men cheat, emotionally, physically, and mentally.

@Chance its not only the people you date that lead people to the conclusion that most men cheat. I have plenty of male family members, well my family is huge, so we have both. My 4 brothers and 8 Uncles has kind of made it clear that men cheat, and let me repeat, cheating is not only physical. The countless married men and non-single men who flirt and say things to me on a daily basis has led to my assumption. Wrong or not. The things they say and do, I am sure they can't in front of their significant others. And me being me, I put them in their place and say things like, "yeah I am sure your wife would like to join us.

Its the way of the world. We can be monogamous creatures but that excitement of the new love or doing something unforbidding is quite more enticing for some people and things change in a marriage or committed relationships after yrs of commitment. AND women cheat too, but just smarter than men.

Actually I dated a Cap for 4yrs and I can comfortablely say that he never cheated on me. There is only 2 guys I ever dated that I can say cheated on me and the first was my ex-husband. Thats why he's an ex. I have a low tolerance for that blatant disrespect and the trust is gone. But I am also not living in fairy tale land. One way another, there is gonna be tempataion in relationships. Its up to each person to weigh the pros and cons.

PLUS, you don't know what you got till its gone.

I didn't necessarily mean honesty in terms of cheating. I should have clarified, sorry. I meant honesty in terms of coming up to me to admitting he wants out rather than running away and disappearing from a relationship.

Are you just basing this strictly off sun signs? There's always 2 sides to a coin. Good Caps and bad caps. Though I did read somewhere that if you want to get involved with one, you should wait or get with one in they're late 20's to early 30's. This is because we come into ourselves more, which kind of makes sense as I was a "womanizer" back when I was 21-25. I've always had this feeling though that most Earth signs in their younger years are promiscuous. Me personally, I've never cheated. That I can honestly say. It's always been done to me however, which is what set me off to go on my promiscuous phase to begin with. During which so, I mainly kept FWB's and one night stands. I'd tell em off the bat I wasn't looking for anything serious, though there were a few who wanted it otherwise regardless of that. We really just need to find that one we click with. I've always been respectful and I was raised in a good family. I currently have a gf who is the only one who ever took a chance to understand me instead of basing everything on a stereotype. Maybe you're not meant for said Capricorn? I do know a few other Cap males around my age and most of them are nothing like me. Ya gotta look at other placements as well as family situations, how they were raised, etc. There's alot more than just a sun sign to describe a person. My placements are Cap sun, Cancer Moon, Cap Rising, and Cap Venus I believe.

It takes a real unique woman to keep a Capricorn male complete attention imho. A woman that is intune with herself and knows there is no limits to what lies within her. A woman who focuses on unlocking whats underneath. As soon as the focus goes to him he's figured out your interest AND youve cut out time towards your own self discovery. Boring. Youll have a cheater on your hands. Im thinking thats one of the 145 reasons a Cap will cheat imo. Caps are eaassiillyyy bored.

Maybe we need to spin the dial on the source of your problems the other way? Sure, Caps tend to be the charming gentlemen with a side that is hard to understand for others. Mysterious and charming. As a consequence they have lots of female friends. I know I do.
What if you are in an environment where the women are much more concerned with themselves and will aggressively approach the man, even if he's taken?

It takes a strong person to stay loyal when the relationship goes through bad times or gets boring and not give in to the thrill and temptation of something new. The backup plans so to say.
