my boss is a crazy cappy - HELP!!!!!!

my boss is only a few years older than me, and we hang out every now and again, but lately she is being a real bitch ( gossiping, condenscending etc) is this usual for a cap? i am a hard wrker but i am also an airy fairy aquarius do u think this is whats bugging her— help me please b4 a quit!!!!

Hanging out socially with the boss rarely seems to pan out, for the worker then begins to feel like they're holding an Ace. Observing this condition, it doesn't appear to be on the conscious level.

On the other side of the coin .. the boss begins to worry about whether other workers will start to think that she's falling prey to a brown-noser.

Not that you are brown-nosing, or that you do think you're holding an Ace .. rather, this is how it appears when the boss and minion socialize outside of work.

She's the boss .... she HAS to maintain superiourity .. period (from her perspective).

Maybe it has nothing to do with the above, or that you're an Aqua .. maybe you just aren't doing your job up to par.

To just say, she's being a bitch .. is really allowing your emotions to make judgement because it hurts your feelings. Perhaps, if she realizes that you allow your feelings to make judgements for you, then this is the reason why she has started to treat you differently.

Without really saying what she has done to you, unwarranted, there's no way for anybody in here to say whether you should quit your job.

And doesn't coming in here and even ask this question of us, display a character that would look for an outside source for answer/fault, instead of inward to your position with the firm, where it belongs?

If you would quit simply because there is an issue seems pretty immature.

true story, thanks it takes a good kick to put thing in perspective. lol , i was just wondering in case caps are really finicky or if certain things just annoy them. shes not hurting my feelings, nothing like that, but arnt caps meant to be level headed not overly emotive?

Most Caps I know (not many) .. are pretty level-headed and normally don't allow feelings to get in their way of their professional life.

Caps are ALL about money/career goals, and though everybody is different, it would seem unusual for a Cappy to be out of control at work.

When you say "gossip" .. is this what you've heard first-hand? Or, has somebody else told you she was talking behind backs?

Without question that one person can't control another's personality, for they can only control their own.

With this particular case, the boss's personality was fine, compatible, no problems ... it's only been of late that this person had an apparant personality change.

This is an indication of an unresolved issue, not indicative of a person's normal-day disposition.

So, the point is ... something has happened to cause this dis-connection between the two .. and NOT a simple matter of a personality conflict, for at one point, they were hanging out socially.

Something has taken place to cause bruised feelings .. and if a person just "runs" everytime their panties get wadded up their ass, then they will be spending the rest of their life running away from their problems.

not far as i can tell. but, many people are different.

there are bitches born all year long. they wave many different zodiac banners, and cry.
now if she's using tact, is merciless, and relentless when she goes off on you, then that's the capricorn part. 😛. basically, either flatter her, out do her, or better yet, if can move her out of your path.

I'm a cap and yes I do catch myself gossiping sometimes. Should I gossip about you it is because you annoy me and I told you about it before I go out and talk about it to others. I would never disagree that I can be a mean bitch sometimes as well especially if I feel someone is lazy, trying to get something from me or disrespectful towards me or someone else.

Keep in mind: being friendly with you does not mean that we like you nor that we want to know you better. I'll have to go with cap on this one. By the way I love aquarious and at the same time they annoy me too. They are too quiet.

I'll talk about you but only if I'm annoyed. I can't help it, if you get under my skin, I've got to let it out.

My workplace is like a grapevine - if something happens - EVERYONE finds out about it eventually! My mom is from wisconsin and she was telling me it also has a lot to do with the area you live in the country - NE area is pretty gabby (everyones interested in everyone elses business) - midwest is a little more to themselves - (her being from that area and noticing the difference) south is more social but more reserved - and the west is REALLY social - (hollywood w/ the papparazzi esp.) I mean that's her thoughts - I dunno if I can agree with them but its a thought nonetheless 😛 but I personally think just about any workplace esp. is gonna have its gossip - gotta have something to keep things interesting I guess 🙂

everyone usually knows what is happening, but only those in the inner groups know the full details. usually its a hypocrisy. instead of calling child services here, we just tell each other "don't leave your children by x's house". same in the work place.
