The Big Business Deal

I'm being told more and more that I treat relationships like a business deal. I look for compatibility, then efficiency, then financial planning for the long-term peace of mind. Then I try to see if my partner has any useful qualities that can enhance the plan in any way and put her to work. If there are any counter-productive qualities then I wait several month for a change in action. If no results by then, the relationship folds. During this time there are spontaneous spurts of romance and sex here and there. And a random kiss at will. This is all to keep the morale high.

Sounds heartless, right? Wrong.

It's all about building a strong foundation together. And it's even better when you start with nothing. Then you have a good story to tell also.

After that you can focus on love and romance.

Anyone relate?
