Talk to me about spite. When do you use it and why.

But a lot of people describe Scorpios and Capricorns as spiteful people. And I hear a lot about how much Capricorns lie. Which I understand, I'm guilty of lying all the time but it's usually for a purpose that out-weighs the lie. That's business me though. Personal me is quite honest.

When I am wronged
I never get spiteful
I never let my emotions over rule my thoughts
I just lay down a cold blooded plan to get even.

I'm too lazy and self-centered to go through the the whole planning process to hurt another. It would take too much of me to do that for someone I want nothing to do with. I'd tell the person to drop dead and it is dead to me. That's maybe why sometiems my words kill because I intend to finish business right there and then.

I think it depends on the situation. Often it's not possible to tell a person to drop dead because you are not in a position to do that.

I have an inherent sense of fairness so if someone has wronged me I like to get them out of my life or off my back hopefully with the other person having learned not to mess with me again. I don't want them thinking they can wrong me again. So basically I can give as good as I get and often I find that as a result I can reconcile with people over time. So as long as you both know where you stand there is no need for spite. I've noticed with scorpio friends that they find it much harder to forgive over time and will bear a grudge for years and will in fact fantasise over how to carry out revenge. but they also tend to be more passive in confronting a situation. Whereas if I have made my position clear then I am able to shake hands and let bygones be bygones.

IMO the approach to answering such a question will depend on the decan too.

Nah, I'm not a spiteful person. Well, let me take that back. I wouldn't do something JUST to get back at someone else, but if/when karma gets back at them, I won't stop from laughing to myself a bit.

I'm pretty lazy as well. To give time is to give energy is to give power, and I honestly try to get myself together before I decide to lose that much control. It's not always that easy, but even if I'm sweating inside, I try not to give anyone the satisfaction of seeing it. A gift and curse in a way.

That's goading a person, not really spite 🙂
