I just received this e-mail from my Cap guy. It is in response to a generic e-mail I sent out to several BCC'd friends RE a breakfast food. (He changed the subject line to read "RE: Arrangement"):

"To answer your question about an arrangment of you possibly moving into my house, there will be no arrangemt of that kind.
Nobody is going to move into my house: neither you , nor anybody else.
As a friend, I want to make it very clear to you right away."

LMAO! This subject NEVER came up, neither in person on our date (if it had, why wasn't it addressed then?) or in the e-mail. I have NO IDEA where this is coming from.

At any rate, I reassured him that I have NO INTENTION of moving into anyone's house (I have two cats!) but thanked him for the info.

Is this his Venus in Cap talking?

We had a FABULOUS phone conversation the other night. I sense that this is his defensive "pull-back" in response to that. LOL

Guys can interpret things in weird ways. Is it possible even the mention of breakfast foods gets him thinking along the lines of the domestic? My gut feeling is that HE has started thinking along those lines and that his is trying to convince himself it's not going to happen even moreso than he is you. 🙂

You may be on to something here. Not to change the subject to me, but I think men do this. I sent my guy a text question asking if he was getting everything he needed in the relationship and asked if there were anything he wished I would or wouldn't do. The answer I got back was I like the relationship, just want to take it slow. I'm not in a hurry. I was like that's not what I asked you. lol!! Told me he was thinking a different line of thought. Anyway. Just saying, yeah, perhaps this cap could be actually thinking more ahead that he has admitted, even to himself. Good call Foxglove. It's a possibility.

I would have told him that it might be too late to cancel the new carpet installers and that he should be home tomorrow between 8-12 to let them in. 😛

LOL!!! I would have said, "My cats were really looking forward to their new place. What will I tell them now?" 😛

Capsrule, he's got a funny sense of humor. Just go with it.

LOL, I love it! This and putting the crying cats on the phone. "Look what you did to them!"
